Introducing Hugo: the first human companion robot.
At Boston Dynamics, I was Chief Strategy Officer, bringing robots into the real world.
My co-founder, Farbod Farshidian, led research at the RAI Institute.
Together, 15+ years teaching robots to run, jump, and work.
So we asked: what if robots could connect with people?
Hugo runs on the first Vision-Language-Expression (VLE) model.
He links what he sees and hears to movement, expression, and gesture.
He notices you, reads the room, and reacts in real time.
And he's only the first.
Dynamic Creatures is @BostonDynamics' official entertainment and hospitality partner.
We're building a cast of characters with film studios, resorts, and theme parks.

The best rocket technology we have would get us to the nearest star in 75,000 years. What a drag! However, quantised inertia predicts the Horizon Drive which has already shown thrust in the lab that would get an unmanned probe to the nearest star in 15 years. i.e. we can do it!

REA (Reverse Engineer Anything) - this open source MCP lets your AI agent reverse engineer any app, down to the binary
i just reverse engineered TradingView, now I am using their premium indicators for FREE - software is cooked
here is how to use REA to reverse engineer TradingView:
1. point REA at TradingView's publicly observable interface and map every major feature, from chart interactions to indicators and alerts
2. trace how the interface behaves when you switch symbols, change timeframes, add indicators, draw levels, and update chart layouts
3. use REA's available MCP tools to investigate authorized software artifacts and trace application logic wherever the evidence allows
4. feed those findings into Claude Opus 5.5, which turns the investigation into a technical specification and an implementation plan
5. rebuild the charting engine independently, with real market data, candlesticks, technical indicators, drawing tools, and persistent watchlists
6. add a quant backtesting engine that tests strategies against historical data, accounting for fees, slippage, and drawdowns
7. test every component, compare its behavior against documented and observable results, fix failures, and keep iterating until the system actually works
8. you end up building your own TradingView-style quant research terminal from scratch, with source code you control and features you can keep extending
i won’t say anything more:

We will all be beautiful by the 2040s.
Everyone who wants this, will be able to look at least as good as a young Brad Pitt or Monica Bellucci, not as copies of them, but at that level of attractiveness.
Sufficiently advanced biotechnology/nanotech will allow everyone to perfect their bodies and faces, changing and editing literally everything with cellular precision.
Anything will become possible. You will be able to change the thickness and shape of your bones, making facial structure easily editable. The same could apply to height.
You will be able to change eye color, hair color, hair structure, density (edit them so they stop growing and stay at a specific length - no need for haircut for years, if you like them short) and countless other features.
Today, we cut and reshape the body through surgery. In the future, it could be as easy as taking a pill, receiving an injection, or drinking some fluid containing advanced biological machinery or nanobots.
And the best part is that these changes will be easily reversible at any moment. So, if you get bored with your new look, you could simply return to your previous appearance, then try completely different edits the following month/year.
Our appearance will no longer be something we are simply born with. It will become something we can design.

There's nothing stopping anyone who likes the Malfoid stuff from filing off the serial numbers of their fanfiction and making it into their own thing.
Book/series that was originally fanfiction, Harry Potter fanfiction specifically, has existed for a long time already.
opus 5.5 is f**king insane
paste this into Claude Opus 5.5 and let it spin up the agents, prompts, and workflows for you.
grab it now before it becomes everyone’s default playbook:

Congrats to Christopher Petty, Kelly Rich and the Sinclair lab at Harvard on today's #ARDD2026 talk: a first look at SL-100 in mice.
On this chemical reprogramming cocktail, fast-aging mice kept their weight and didn't get frailer. Untreated mice did. Early, unpublished data.
Introducing Griffin, the first model to pass the video Turing test.
48% of people who talked to it live thought it was a real human. Previous systems have had a pass rate <3%. It is #1 on NVIDIA's benchmark for full-duplex AI video.
It’s the first Human Interaction Model (HIM).
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The 48% figure and "video Turing test" claim are from Tavus's own study of 54 one-minute calls, not independently verified or using a standard protocol. Griffin-Lite leads NVIDIA's VideoFDB benchmark on their public leaderboard.

Cabbage juice rapidly healed ulcers in this study, thanks to "vitamin U."
11 of 13 cases were clear within 6 to 9 days.
The standard treatment group from the literature averaged 37 days for duodenal ulcers and 42 for gastric ulcers.
This compound found in raw cabbage (S-methylmethionine aka vitamin U) is able to:
➥ Reduce histamine
➥ Improve mucus secretion
➥ Stimulate growth / repair mechanisms

Super cool: A single CRISPR infusion cut LDL cholesterol by 52.5% after one year in four patients receiving the highest dose of an experimental treatment.
The Cleveland Clinic trial enrolled 15 people with lipid disorders resistant to medication. At the highest dose, triglycerides also fell by 47.8%.
The treatment, CTX310, edits the ANGPTL3 gene in liver cells, switching off a regulator of blood fat levels.
The reductions persisted for 12 months. Researchers reported no serious adverse events related to the therapy during that period, with 15 years of safety follow-up planned.
High cholesterol is one of the main causes of cardiovascular disease. This is a complete game changer.
