Tore my calf Thursday, ahead of an appearance by Jourdain/Zahabi I had to bail on. Nine hours in the ER, didn't get to my AirBNB until about 2AM. Had to skip weigh-ins. Couldn't even put my foot flat on the ground until Saturday. Surprisingly it's coming along well. Wild week.
