Is it a cake fine to earn £18k on OT in a year? 😝🍩🧁 In all seriousness though, I’m know this situation isn’t just Essex & I know that a lot of that £5.7m OT is forced 12 hour shifts which is slowly destroying the morale of the Police countrywide. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cdxz…

Essex Police PC earns £18k in overtime as force's bill nears £6m

Officers are "broken" by a huge increase in working hours, Essex Police Federation says.

I’ve decided that winning an election is a monumental cake fine! @realDonaldTrump you need to get down to the local bakery for your staff at the White House!
