The recent severe weather and campus closures proved the importance of staying in touch. Be sure to confirm your correct phone number is registered on your Cal Poly portal for PolyAlerts. You can register up to two phone numbers with the system. #calpoly #safetytip

On any given night, you can be walking to your car late. Make sure you have your keys in hand and lock your car doors. It is also helpful to keep an emergency kit in your car and any valuables out of sight. #calpoly #safetytiptuesday

Deputy Chief Bryan Cox has been law enforcement for over 31 years. He joined CPPD in 2016 and loves helping people. When not at work, he spends time with his friends and family, power bodybuilding, crocheting, disco-dancing and playing with his Shih Tzus. #behindthebadge #calpoly
