Sophie is a 25 year old Master of Public Health student with the University of Guelph. She previously studied Biomedical Sciences at Guelph! Sophie believes wellness is a vital part of healthy living and is so excited to see you in the Mood Booster Monday session!
Robyn is a 24-year-old Master’s of Public Health student at the University of Guelph, and completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Health Studies at the University of Toronto. She will help run the Mood Booster Mondays wellness sessions!
