Financial firms like Blackstone and Blue Owl applying 'Gate' restrictions and limitations to withdrawals should be seeing as a 'canary in the coalmine' for the financial industry, suggesting that liquidity stress in private markets could trigger wider market volatility.

The world received a wake-up call when Putin invaded Ukraine, using oil and natural gas as a tool of war.
After touring the Oil Sands for the first time, I was reminded that our country is blessed with the third largest reserves of oil and fifth in natural gas in the world, and the first to develop an SMR in the G7.
Canadian energy products & tech can and should be the solution to rising geopolitical instability, energy security, and affordability.
Ontario produces the pipelines — creating 72,800 good-paying jobs and an over $8 billion injection to our provincial economy. This is why we ❤️ Canadian Energy.

It is time for @potus Joe Biden to withdraw from the Presidential race as the President's health is an open door for Donald Trump to secure a second term. In the likely event that Biden loses to Trump, among other issues, January 6th will not be an anomaly - it will be normalized and routine. The Supreme Court's recent decision on immunity is a reflection of its growing power and the inability of the Democratic party to mount a populist defense. If Biden doesn't withdraw -strong welfare initiatives, sensible gun control, economic justice and women's rights will be ever more problematic. What I am hearing regarding Joe Biden. Ron Klain and Barack Obama are having a sit down with the President today. Jill Biden is insistent that Joe runs. Kamala is furious that she is not being considered as a replacement (Whitmer and Newsom are). Interestingly my neighbor in East Hampton is hosting the Bidens tomorrow. It will be an important tell if the fundraiser is cancelled. @dougkass @carlquintanilla @tomkeene @ferrotv @lisaabramowicz1 @jimcramer @business @SRuhle @msnbc @cnbc @andrewrsorkin
