Read how the criteria for the Ballon Dโor is set out to vote, and in what order. Itโs not simply a case of winning the World Cup etc

Yes, and raising the income tax threshold means less tax revenue coming in to fund public services.
That money has to come from somewhere; whether through other taxes, borrowing, spending cuts etc.
Meanwhile prices will continue to rise.
TBF, at least Labour are now trying to make some effort with some of the smaller things, and Iโm not even a supporter of theirs. But global events arenโt exactly helping either.

Yeah but it benefits the higher earners more, not the lowest. Not to mention the struggling public services they rely on.. that need more funding, not less.

How many billions in income tax do we lose from raising tax thresholds - meaning less spending for already diminishing public services?
What other taxes do you suggest are raised to make up for the shortfall?

Harry my friend, you deserve every bit of this award for your resilience, hard work and honesty with which youโve carried yourself through all these years playing football at the top. Really happy for you. God bless you and your family. They must all be very proud of you as you would be of your own journey. My best wishes always. Congratulations ๐โค๏ธ @HKane

Shushhh. Donโt tell that to his cultish followers. They donโt like the truth, even when itโs clear to see.
