My wish for Terry & it probably won't happen... is go the Santana Moss route. Take less money be the #3 option for a few yrs. Retire a Skin. Own this town for the next 30 yrs. Never pay for a haircut, round of golf or beer in town. Dabble in media if you want. Get a radio show or podcast. Be a DC legend!

DJ Herz will start for the Nationals tomorrow, per the team, making his return to the majors after spending nearly two full seasons on the IL. Super promising in 2024, had 10.8 K/9 as a rookie.

Nationals blow an MLB-record 38th save this season. Beyond untenable. The Lerners, no matter what system baseball comes up with next, have to give the front office the green light to spend significantly this offseason to fix this bullpen, for real.

The Nationals just blew a 4-1 lead in the 8th inning. That breaks the MLB team record for blown saves in one season.
Just a calamitous year from the bullpen. Exasperating since the jump.

CJ Abrams has 3 RBI today.
He’s carrying the Nats in their biggest week of the season. Monster production over the last 5 games. 4 HRs and a 4 hit game this week.

In his biggest game as a National, Dylan Crews had had two really good ABs.
He has just missed a homer on a deep fly out. And then he hit a bolt to tie the game.
