Well this is it. The last time I'll don the captain's hat for the Paint Crew. Thank you for the memories, the family and the slight hearing damage. Come make Mackey the best venue in college basketball one last time with me #BoilerUp

I hate being a fan of this team...

Trade: Colts have agreed to send eight-time Pro-Bowl guard Quenton Nelson to the Seattle Seahawks, per me and @rapsheet. Nelson is on an expiring contract and the Colts are opting to get back draft capital now before they could lose him in free agency. But an all-time Colt now moves on to the Seahawks.

The opportunity was there to earn full buy-in from the fanbase under the lights...then you let the 15th best offense in the B1G put up 38 points and 500 yards of offense.

Maybe....just maybe...Purdue lost to an elite Notre Dame team and a couple close games to really good Wake Forest and UCLA teams. This team has looked completely different these last two weeks.

I can't wrap my head around the decision to play so conservatively inside the 20 with a chance to win the game.. "How many times have we stopped them? Oh 2 out of 9 drives? Oh yea let's just play to tie it. Surely we can stop them this time and get out of here with a tie."

Yea goodnight. Sucks because the offense is actually fun to watch but the defense is SO HORRIBLE that it takes away any bit enjoyment immediately. Congrats to Kevin Kane on likely saving his job for another week because Iamaleava was hurt and only scored 3 points in the 2nd.

Im floored that UCLA isn't going for it here

Is Kane at fault for poor preparation and a bad defensive plan over and over? Or are the 11 guys out there just genuinely that lost? It's probably both but I really can't tell

One of the biggest pandemics in this great sport is the belief that foul counts MUST be equal (or close to it) Some teams foul more, some players draw more fouls

The fouls are like 15-5 right now. It’s impossible to be this 1-sided call wise. The officiating is very poor.

Nothing scarier than a team with nothing to lose. No matter the outcome, I'm proud of the grit this team has shown in the last couple weeks. Leave it all out there! #BTFU
