For the first time this season, the Hurricanes were perfect. Kochetkov was outstanding. Aho & Jarvis had 2 points. Stanky & Ehlers scored again. Everyone played great to close the trip at 3-1-1. Canes win 4-0 in St. Louis #CarolinaCulture

The power play looked pretty bad for a minute. It's a good thing power plays are 2 minutes. Aho to Ehlers. 4-0 Canes #CarolinaCulture

Might've been one of, if not, the best period of the trip for the group. 3 goals (Walker, KK, Stanky) and excellent goaltending have the Canes in a good spot in St. Louis. 3-0 Canes after 40 #CarolinaCulture

Blake drew a trip. Instead of a power play, he sets up Walker between the dots for his 100th NHL point. 1-0 Canes #CarolinaCulture

No one got on the board in the first period. It was a slower start for the group, and they were a little vulnerable in the defensive zone at times, but not an awful effort to start. 0-0 after 20 #CarolinaCulture

Another silver lining: The Canes head into St. Louis at 2-1-1 on this road trip, ensuring no worse than a .500 finish. Given the injuries, that's not terrible #CarolinaCulture
