The FASA workshop is ongoing, bringing together researchers, implementation partners and stakeholders for its 2026 workshop in Malaysia, from this week to review progress and plan the next phase of work. The four-day program includes updates on Year 4 implementation across Kenya, Zambia, Malaysia, Nigeria and other project areas, alongside discussions on gender and social inclusion, climate change, market assessments, scaling and monitoring and evaluation. Agriculture doesn’t need more people farming just to survive. It needs people building businesses that create wealth! 🌱💰 📍 Less manual labour, more technology and mechanisation. 📍 Less theory, more practical skills and jobs. 📍 Less raw produce, more processing, packaging and branding. 📍 Less exploitation by middlemen, more profitable markets for farmers. 📍 Less dependence on rainfall, more irrigation and innovation. 📍 Less talk, more investment and action! The future of agriculture is not poverty and survival. It is innovation, wealth creation and economic power! Farming is BUSINESS, not charity! 🇬🇭

This #MondayMotivation, we celebrate Wangari Maathai, a woman who understood that the smallest actions can spark the greatest change. 🌿 While many saw challenges, she saw possibilities. Through her work restoring the environment and empowering communities, she showed that growth begins when we nurture what matters and remain committed to a vision bigger than ourselves. Her story is a reminder that transformation doesn't happen overnight. It is built through persistence, purpose, and the courage to keep planting seeds, even when the results aren't yet visible. As we begin a new week, may her legacy inspire us to invest in the future, believe in our ability to make an impact, and leave every space better than we found it. ✨ #TBH365 #BlackHistoryMonth #BHM #WangariMaathai #BlackExcellence #Inspiration

PADI Women's Dive Day was never just about diving. It's about what happens when a community shows up for itself and for the ocean it loves 🌎 This year’s PADI Women’s Dive Day stories came in from all over. A coral nursery went in off the Maldives. A scholarship is now paying for someone’s dive training. In South Africa, a group skipped the water entirely and hiked a trail picking up litter. And in Singapore, a team cut a ghost net free from the reef and came back already planning the next cleanup. Every story is different, but the why is the same: when people belong to something bigger, the impact multiplies.
