Just remembering when it was revealed that the Met had booed the mention of KJK's name during a trans inclusion training session...

Every time you’ve written something stupid like this, we’ve pointed out that it is a lie. No one is banning anyone from competing in sports. So that tells me that you know you’re lying, and you don’t care that you’re lying.
With voters set to determine if transgender girls are allowed to compete in K-12 girls sports, here's an explainer on the state's policy, where research stands and what comes next. seattletimes.com/sports/high…

Good to see the underfunded Met are making the best use of their time;charging a woman for words while the grooming gang cases stay conveniently unsolved.
Priorities sorted. 👏

Police forces and councils are warning children that knocking on doors at Halloween could upset people with certain religious or cultural beliefs.
And advising them to avoid houses without pumpkins or Halloween decorations.
Apparently some residents do not wish to be disturbed because they are “fighting demons of their own”.

Can we stop pretending that people who hate their own sex enough to pretend they're the opposite sex are stunning and brave?
Can we stop allowing young women to mutilate their healthy bodies?
Can we stop doctors from facilitating this?

Gendered Intelligence is telling service providers that they can still allow men into women's services as long as they describe them as "single-gender" instead of "single-sex".
This is known as the "Hampstead Ponds gambit" and it will be tested in court next week.
Sex Matters is going to court on 3rd and 4th of November. The case is about the meaning of a black-and-white sign, and the black-and-white law behind it.

A thought on why a male would register and run in the female category at #Parkrun and why this is unfair to women& girls!👇

Apparently, men wearing enormous fake rubber breasts is just a style of dress.
Like being a mod. Or a punk. Or a goth.
And there was me thinking …
God I’m disgusting aren’t I?

Having seen the kinds of comments that some of these blocked accounts post, yes - it is entirely appropriate. @RRRunnersUK is a parkrun club, not a discussion group or debating society. Now will you answer my question? What is @RRRunnersUK preventing you from doing?

This bill is unfit for any purpose. Scrap it. 🗑️
“I think this bill is ripe for a declaration of incompatibility. And what an embarrassment that would be for the signature centre piece of human rights legislation to run a risk of incompatibility. Particularly on Article 8 when the first poor, unfortunate parents, I suspect mothers, are arrested under this bill”.
Yesterday, at the first oral evidence session at the Joint Committee on the draft Conversion Practices Bill in Westminster, the panel was asked how the bill will interact with the European Convention on Human Rights.
Watch criminal barrister Dennis Kavanagh @Jebadoo2 set out how the bill will be incompatible with Article 7, 8, 9, 10 and 14 of the ECHR.

“We are gay men and we consider this legislation to be anti-gay. It is transing the gay away.”
Jeff Dudgeon played a vital role in the campaign to decriminalise homosexuality in Northern Ireland. He now opposes the Conversion Practices (Criminalisation) Bill, which is before the Northern Ireland Assembly.
A founding member of the Northern Ireland Gay Rights Association, Jeff brought the first successful challenge to the criminalisation of homosexuality at the European Court of Human Rights. On 22 October 1981, the Court ruled that Northern Ireland’s law violated his right to respect for private life. The Homosexual Offences (Northern Ireland) Order 1982 followed, bringing the law in line with the rest of the UK.
Forty-five years later, he is campaigning against a Bill presented as necessary to protect LGBT people. As he points out, those who oppose it are routinely smeared as homophobes.
“Conversion practices” conjures up electric shock treatment and corrective rape — horrific practices that are already illegal.
So what would this Bill criminalise?
It would expose parents to prosecution, and up to two years in prison, for having honest conversations with children who are confused about their gender identity.
Gender identity issues can cause great turmoil within families. Many parents already feel pressured to affirm their child’s belief that they were born in the wrong body, for fear of damaging their relationship. The Bill would add the threat of prosecution for parents who wish to guide their child away from life-changing, irreversible medicalisation. It would rip families apart.
This is of particular concern to gay rights campaigners such as Jeff, because the vast majority of gender-confused children are same-sex attracted, and same-sex attraction often goes hand in hand with gender non-conformity in childhood.

It has to be said that losing an application on the basis your submissions "don't add anything" to the insane ravings of the "Translucent" is a special kind of elegant insult only a High Court Judge could deliver.
looooooooool
Today, the High Court has refused Good Law Project permission to intervene in a legal challenge against trans inclusion at Hampstead Ponds.
We are pleased that the trans advocacy group TransLucent has been successful in its application to intervene.
