Go to Carpetright. They were great with my bedroom carpet. Will come what date you want, and apparently it was down in half an hour. (also they’ve struggled a bit this year so could probably use the custom!)

We are sorry to hear of the customer issues highlighted on BBC’s Watchdog with our third-party fitting service and complaints resolution procedures.
While the number of complaints is very low as a percentage of our total orders, we recognise that there is room for improvement.
