🎉 I’m thrilled to announce that I have officially completed my Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) from Liberty University!
After years of rigorous coursework, dedicated research, and balancing life’s demands, I successfully defended my dissertation and earned my Ed.D. This milestone marks the culmination of a challenging yet deeply rewarding journey focused on advancing educational leadership and practice.
I’m especially grateful to my dissertation committee, advisor, faculty at Liberty University, and the entire support network of family, friends, and colleagues who encouraged me every step of the way. Your prayers, patience, and belief in me made this achievement possible.
As I close this chapter, I’m excited to bring the knowledge, research skills, and faith-integrated perspective I gained at Liberty into the next phase of my career.
I look forward to connecting with fellow educators, leaders, and professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in education.
Thank you to everyone who supported me on this journey; I couldn’t have done it without you!

Shoutout to South Oak Cliff.
Two years in a row, you’ve knocked us out of the playoffs in humbling fashion, and we have to tip the cap out of respect.
Coach Todd @SOCFootball1 and his staff do an incredible job preparing their kids to play, week in and week out. For anyone wondering, they’re coaching at the Mecca. Too often people say they “just have athletes,” but let me tell you from firsthand experience: they have much more than athletes. They’re being coached, and coached very well.
SOC has been setting the standard in 5A-II for half a decade.
Respect. ✊🏾

Standing at the crossroads of what was and what could be. Taking the leap isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about trusting yourself enough to find them. Here’s to new chapters, uncomfortable growth, and betting on yourself. The next era starts now.

People will never understand the Grind. And some will never understand this moment in history we are living in. This isn’t only a SOC thing this is a big chapter in Texas Football History being written everyday. And my players and coaches are the authors. The BOOK of SOC!!!!
