Golden Triangle Ventures, Inc. announces that Casey McCormick has resigned as Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective October 2, 2026.
Continued Board Service:
Casey is not leaving the Company. She remains on the Board of Directors to assist with the full transition. Her rights, duties, and authority as a director, and her term is unaffected.
No Disagreement:
Her resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company regarding its operations, policies, or practices.
Orderly Transition:
Casey will help ensure a smooth handoff of officer responsibilities, including the turnover of corporate records, accounts, and credentials, as directed by the Board.
During her tenure as Interim CEO, Casey guided the Company through the elimination of its toxic debt and the delivery of clean Q2 financials.
We thank Casey for her leadership and look forward to her continued service to our shareholders as a member of the Board.

I know it is early, but just putting this in to the universe.
I think we can see a close above ATH’s of .0036 by EOY and .01 break by end of Q1 2027 with the right catalysts (share buybacks, Retail Launches, Revenue Growth, Partnerships etc.) imo.
$GTVH will become a buyout target as Market penetration/disruption unfolds.
At that point, we are no longer looking at Pennies here.🎯

• Authorized shares: Reduced from 1 billion to 500 million - a 50% reduction.
With these actions completed (pending reflection of 500m AS), we are preparing to release updates across our operating companies and development projects.
Our focus now moves to the businesses, the projects, and the execution behind them.

Nice breakout off bottom today for $SNTX on decent volume, feels like any dilution is now complete. Little resistance around .015 but the big break will be .02 imo
Volume has fallen off a cliff on $SNTX making me think we’re probably near bottom here. Happy with the position I’ve built but if it dips any further I’ll be adding. Eventually @javilealoficial will unleash this thing let’s see a nice long uptrend
