BREAKING: Missing Missouri couple found dead just 400–500 yards from their home. Leo Lindeman (73) and Katherine Lindeman (74) vanished from their Anderson, Missouri, home in September, leaving behind their vehicle, phones, medications, and personal belongings. Their little dog, Itty Bitty, was also missing. Now, after weeks of searching, Sheriff Evenson says the couple’s bodies were discovered on a neighbor’s property, just a quarter-mile from their home. 🥺 How were they that close to home this entire time and not found? No cause of death has been announced. This case just became even more disturbing.

Two teens arrested for beating handicapped man at Florida bonfire 18-year-old Cody Stripling and 19-year-old Sebastian Bowers were arrested Saturday by the Volusia Sheriff’s Office after a violent attack at a bonfire party in Tiger Bay State Forest. Video of the October 23 incident shows the pair repeatedly punching and kicking a physically and mentally handicapped victim who did not resist. Affidavits say he was put in a chokehold and left with a concussion, multiple contusions, and a bloodied mouth.

Karla Homolka helped her husband kill three teenage girls, including her own 15-year-old sister. The thing she remembers being angry about is the champagne glasses. Karla told police she was a battered wife and offered to testify against Paul. In exchange, she got 12 years. Then investigators found the videotapes the couple had made themselves. They showed she had been an eager part of it. The deal was already signed. On the tape she walks police through the house in a little-girl voice, dressed like a schoolgirl. In the bathroom where they washed one of the girls, she asks where her perfume samples went. Then she remembers the night Paul brought Kristen French home. He served her a drink in the expensive French champagne glasses they got for their anniversary. Glasses they never used. "I was really mad." She walked out of prison in 2005. She married, had three children, and years later was found volunteering at an elementary school in Montreal. Paul Bernardo will die in prison. Karla takes her kids to school. Was she his victim, or the smartest monster Canada ever let go?

Days after a Minnesota mom got full custody of her 6-year-old son back, police pulled her over with bullet holes in her car and blood on the back seat. The boy was in her trunk, shot nine times in his booster seat. The officer asked what was in the trunk, and she said: “Nothing.” That’s Julissa Thaler, 29, in May 2022, with her son Eli a few feet behind her. She told the officer the bullet holes came from kids with paintball guns and the blood was deer meat. And the people who handed Eli back to her had been told he wasn’t safe with her. His father, Tory Hart, had been fighting for custody. He later sued Dakota County Social Services, saying they returned Eli despite warnings about her drug use and mental health. Eli’s former foster mother said numerous people feared for his safety if he went back to her, “and that was ignored.” Whenever the family pushed, the answer was, “This is something for family courts.” At the traffic stop she had an explanation for everything, down to the blood on her own body, which she called “feminine hygiene.” Mostly she wanted a ticket and a ride home. The shotgun was in the trunk next to Eli, wrapped in a gray blanket, and police still let her walk away before anyone opened it. In the video below the officer tells her the car has bullet holes and “smells like death.” She says she’s cold and wants to go home, blames the blood on deer meat, and tells him there’s nothing in the trunk. In February 2023 a jury convicted her of first-degree murder and she got life in prison. Her last words to the court were, “I’m innocent. F--- you all. You’re garbage.” Should the social workers who gave Eli back to her face charges too?
