I'm at my parents' house trying to get their cable box working. Xfinity put it in two days ago. Holy smokes what an absolute disaster the service is. Can't get any kind of help. Bots just guessing at what to say. I don't understand how they have a single customer.

and when that happens, a LOT of agencies are going to quietly fire their execution teams and rebrand as "strategy consultants"
AI can run your ads... it can't tell you why your offer is broken after looking at it for 5 seconds
that instinct comes from thousands of failed campaigns, burnt budgets and late nights fixing what the data couldn't explain
so if you're running an agency right now, stop selling deliverables, focus exclusively on selling the thinking behind them
because the execution layer is about to cost $0... while the strategy layer is about to be worth 10x more
