Applied for a job at 18:44 and got rejected at 19:08... Companies don't even care about letting you think a person reviewed your application anymore.

Product Lead update: They asked me to do an 80 minute assessment as the first stage of the interview process. I asked if they could share the salary range as 80 minutes is a lot of time aaaaand they ghosted me. I have a mortgage now. I refuse to waste my time on crap like this.

After last weeks news about potential layoffs, Slack is eerily quiet today. Just sitting in my anxiety waiting for something to be announced.

I'm hoping to get some limitations put on STRs (@Airbnb) in the area I live. I did some analysis that in shows the number of AirBnBs increased by 118% since 2021. If you include H2 of 2021 to present its increased by 224%. Blows my mind the drastic increase in a very short window

I feel like our company is preparing us for layoffs... I've been applying for other roles but literally nothing is coming back. Is anyone genuinely still hiring or am I in trouble?
