So proud of Meleek Thomas. He did not play for two games but was prepared for when his number was called!! Cleveland won in overtime and Meleek scored 16 points in an overtime win and went 4 of 5 from the three point line!
Two days ago my comment to him was to continue to prepare for games like you are going to play 30 minutes. Obviously he did that tonight, proud of you Meleek!

So, basketball season’s gonna look a little different for me this year. Though I’ll still be at the arena and pop up on YouTube, radio spots, and podcast appearances sporadically, I’ll no longer be doing “everyday” #Cavs coverage for the first time in what feels like forever.
Why? I’m getting involved in Northeast Ohio’s high school and grassroots space with a new venture affiliated with @RunTheShow_ and @HoopIndustry called Spotlight that we’re very excited about.
Quite honestly, it’s been a 13-plus year grind of being in this world, and I wouldn’t change anything about how long I spent in it, but it’s just time. My next move is a welcome change that keeps me around the game I love and has brought me so much. Just in a different capacity, one that I truly believe will go places 🐘🏀
I’m not “gone” gone, so you’ll obviously still see tweets and I’ll be at games of course, but I just want to say thank you to everyone that’s followed along over the years to help me reach this point. I couldn’t have done it without you 🙏

I already voted and now they won’t let me vote again… yeah, that’s kind of the point.
WELL, WELL, WELL. I WAS REFUSED BALLOTS TODAY AT MY POLLING STATION IN #EDMONTONWHITEMUD!!
I had received mail-in ballots. I used the mail-in ballot for Question 10 bc I was certain how I would vote and was unsure if I would be able to get to the poll today so I wanted to make sure I got my vote in for #10. I did not even consider that I would not be allowed to vote on the other 9 Questions given that they were all separate ballots. My right to vote is my sacred democratic Right!
After the weekend and listening to Mark Carney I decided to change my plans and make a special effort to get to the polls today to Vote on 1 to 9. Unfortunately it is impossible to resolve this problem today unless Elections Alberta steps up. They know who I am - I registered at the poll today. They can reach out to me. I hope they do. Because as of now I have been denied my right to vote.
