On the 12th October 1987, ‘Faith’ was released as a single. It was written, arranged and produced by only George. The music video became one of the most recognisable style statements in pop history ⚡️

Exclusive: Audience members from the new series of #TheVoiceUK claim that Will-I-Am spent the entire day talking about Sir Tom Jones. He kept asking auditionee’s about Tom, figuring that they only applied because they thought he’d be there. He made several remarks about Tom being fired and was winding up production by constantly mentioning him and saying “I know they can’t air this.”

This is terribly sad news

Sir Tom Jones has confirmed he has been SACKED from The Voice and replaced by 43 year-old Cheryl. The 86 year-old icon wanted to stay. “There’s never a good time to fire an 86 year-old who’s still pretty good at his job.” Is ageism the last acceptable prejudice in television?

People do NOT get PIP for conditions. They get #PIP for the complications they suffer because of the conditions they have, such as difficultly walking, due to diverticulitis / impaction and pain. I pray you never have anything like this happen to you. Please be a little kinder.

Happy 75th Dad! Today I'm remembering your weirdness and your extraordinary capacity to love. And for the folks out there who'd like to celebrate with me, go do something kind for someone. Make someone laugh. Put a little more good into the world. Love you forever.

🗣️ Marc Cucurella: The World Cup final completely changed my opinion of Leo Messi. From my perspective, he looked frustrated and desperate to win. After I simply asked him, as captain, to calm his teammates because I felt they were becoming too aggressive, I believe he portrayed our exchange to the referee as something it wasn’t. I never made any racist remark, and the whole incident left me deeply disappointed. That moment made me question the fairness of what happened. To me, honesty and integrity matter just as much as winning. If I feel someone has misrepresented my words, it’s difficult for me to trust or respect them in the same way again. Cristiano Ronaldo has been my idol since childhood, and my respect for him has never changed. I admire his dedication, discipline, and mentality. In my opinion, he has built his legacy through hard work, perseverance, and merit. That’s why he will always be my greatest football inspiration.

Sir Kenny's tribute to Kevin ❤️
Social media post in tribute to Kevin Keegan from Sir Kenny Dalglish reading: Very saddened to hear of the passing of Kevin Keegan. Kevin was one of the very best players of his generation and wore Liverpool’s famous number 7 shirt with great distinction. His achievements on the pitch were exceptional, but he was also a wonderful person and a genuine gentleman. Kevin’s qualities didn’t stop when he finished playing. He went on to become an outstanding manager, and what he built at Newcastle United brought belief, excitement and pride back to the football club. He gave so many people wonderful memories and his teams played the game in a way that supporters loved to watch. Football has lost one of its true greats. My thoughts are with Jean, Laura, Sarah and all of Kevin’s family and friends at this very sad time. Rest in peace, Kevin. YNWA
