On Wednesday 9Z had their turn to put on a Christmas fair and what a fantastic job they did. Thank you to Mr Harris and all the students involved.
Another action packed fun lunchtime fair today courtesy of 9Y and Me Clark. Grinch Bowling, lucky dips and kill Santa were amongst the activities. Thank you again to all the staff and students for supporting these events.
Well done to 9X and Mr Donnington who started off the year 9 Xmas fairs today, and thank you to all the students and staff who came along to support. Some great stalls for people to participate in. Hopefully will be the same again tomorrow for 9Y.
Students in Middle School have been spending time this week in PSHE lessons doing activities focusing on the theme of this years anti bullying week - One Kind Word #AntiBullyingWeek #OneKindWord
#WorldMentalHealthDay tomorrow students in year 8 and 9 will be focusing on what mental health is and ways in which we can support each other and ask for help when we need it.

Two CGS-ers are in London tomorrow for their age group Marathons - all good wishes to Alice Fearn (mini) and Mrs Ellerby (full). Alice tells me she is going to be interviewed by the BBC. She’ll definitely be on the highlights show. @CGSPEDPT

I could not be prouder of the year 9 students today. 381.5km completed in 1 hour and over £500 raised for Cancer Research UK. What an achievement! Well done to all of the students involved. They each played their part.
