Out now @ACSEnergyLett, EPR and NMR identify light-induced defects in #perovskites. Assigning the EPR signal was a real head-scratcher, until we used VT to distinguish both Curie (Pb3+) and Pauli (Pb metal) signals. Confirmed by 1H PRE and 207Pb NMR!

At Euromar 2024 (Bilbao) I presented my own research with a poster, where I investigated different irradiation schemes to generate long lived states (LLS) in NMR. And using the decay of these LLS to probe protein ligand binding in the context of fragment based drug-screening.
I am very glad to have experienced my first Euromar conference (2024) at Bilbao this year as a first year PhD student. It was enlightening to hear many interesting talks, to see intriguing posters and to meet other scientists.

My interview with Bruker, wisely released on a Saturday morning a year after the event 🤣
Prof. @Ilya_Kuprov (@unisouthampton) focuses on large-scale computer simulations of magnetic processes in chemical and biological systems and has recently published a major monograph on spin physics.

Very beautiful work from, Kirill, Anna Geoffrey! Grateful to be part of their group!
(1/3) Can an aliphatic chain be seen as a spin chain? Is there a way to monitor the evolution of such a spin chain? Check it out in our recent paper on "Collective long-lived zero-quantum coherences in aliphatic chains" published in @JChemPhys pubs.aip.org/aip/jcp/article…

🚨🎁 Here is a full online training on dissolution DNP that we recorded in Lyon this year. Check out all the videos on our Youtube channel here: youtube.com/playlist?list=PL…
Today was a fun day, signed my PhD contract at ENS, I'll start working this Monday.
In addition I have received an award for my master thesis where I investigated PHIP for benchtop NMR and dDNP on a microfluidic chip.
Successfully finished my degree with a master project discussing hyperpolarisation in the context of small scale-NMR under supervision of Professor Utz.
Looking forward to start my PhD at ENS under supervision of Professor Bodenhausen and Dr Pelupessy and join the HiSCORE team!
