You can hate on military movies or Pratt all you want but I actually think we need more movies like this. Specifically, the live action PG and PG-13 movie. Everything now is edgy and R and for adults or a cartoon. If Karate Kid came out today you’d have a bunch of A24 disciples on Twitter talking about how bad it looks. This isn’t for you. We need more live action movies that kids and their parents can watch together. We’ve lost the Sandlots and Mighty Ducks and Mrs Doubtfires.
