We work tirelessly through public discourse, research, on-ground support, and digital media to address systemic legal imbalances, mental health crises, and social challenges facing men and their families. ◼️Position Overview: We are looking for a sharp, passionate, and seasoned Content Leader to formalize our content ecosystem, build a robust content creation process, and lead our storytelling initiatives. As the Head of Content, you will lead our content division entirely, managing the content we put out, translating our core mission into compelling, high-impact stories across digital and media platforms. This role requires someone with a deep sense of social awareness, a foundational understanding of gender discourse in India, and an uncompromising eye for journalistic integrity. If you are passionate about gender-neutral justice and want to drive meaningful social change through powerful storytelling, this role is for you. ◼️Key Responsibilities ● Content Management ● Journalism & Investigative Storytelling ● Editorial & Legal Vigilance, Campaign & Multimedia Management, Team Leadership, Social Media growth, New initatives ◼️Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in journalism, digital media writing & publishing, documentary production, or advocacy communications. ◼️Educational & Ideological Background: ○ A strong background in Journalism, Mass Communication, Law, or the Social Sciences/Humanities. ○ Deep social awareness and a clear, nuanced understanding of legal frameworks, family law, and gender discourse in India. ◼️ Core Skills: ○ Exceptional Storytelling: Ability to simplify complex legal and social issues into engaging, empathetic, and sharp stories for the general public. ○ Journalistic Rigor: Strong fact-checking, investigative mindset, and interviewing skills. ○ Writing & Editing: Flawless command over copy, scriptwriting, and editorial positioning - Social Media Content Management ◼️Bonus / Preferred Skills: ○ Hands-on experience or working knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools) is a strong plus. ○ Prior experience working with an NGO, cause-driven media outlet, or legal rights organization. ● Cultural Fit: Genuine alignment with and passion for the mission, values, and objectives of the Ekam Nyaay Foundation.
