हम सभी जानते हैं कि कैसे @INCIndia ने बैंकों और वित्तीय संस्थानों का इस्तेमाल अपनी निजी संस्थाओं के रूप में किया है और विवेकपूर्ण ऋण मानदंडों को दरकिनार करते हुए बैंक कर्मचारियों पर अपनी इच्छा के अनुसार ऋण देने का दबाव डाला है।
मैं कुछ उदाहरण गिनती हूँ।
* 1957 में, कांग्रेस नेताओं के प्रभाव के कारण हरिदास मूंदड़ा को LIC से पैसा मिला।
* 1976 में, इंदिरा गांधी की सरकार ने SBI के अध्यक्ष आर.के. तलवार को तब हटा दिया, जब उन्होंने संजय गांधी के करीबी से जुड़ी एक कंपनी के लिए ऋण शर्तों में ढील देने के राजनीतिक दबाव को मानने से इनकार कर दिया था।
* मारुति को दिए जाने वाले ऋणों को लेकर संजय गांधी ने सेंट्रल बैंक ऑफ इंडिया पर दबाव डाला।
* इंदिरा गांधी और राजीव गांधी के कार्यकाल में वित्त राज्य मंत्री रहे बी. जनार्दन पुजारी ने 1980 के दशक में बैंक कर्मचारियों पर ऋण जारी करने का दबाव डाला।
* यूपीए (UPA) में एक मंत्री के रूप में, पवन कुमार बंसल ने अपने परिवार से जुड़े व्यवसायों को ऋण देने के लिए केनरा बैंक पर दबाव डाला।
IDBI बैंक हमें खस्ताहाल स्थिति में सौंपा गया था, क्योंकि IDBI को स्वयं @INCIndia के नेताओं से घनिष्ठ संबंध रखने वाले बड़े व्यापारिक समूहों जैसे कि वीडियोकॉन, विनसम, एबीजी शिपयार्ड, किंगफिशर आदि को ऋण देने के लिए मजबूर किया गया था। ये "बैड लोन" में बदल गए, जिससे IDBI बैंक को भारी नुकसान हुआ, जिसे हमने पहचाना।

IDBI बैंक के रणनीतिक पुनर्गठन में सभी उचित प्रक्रियाओं का पालन किया गया है और हमने कल ही इसे स्पष्ट कर दिया था।

The IDBI Bank was handed over to us in poor shape, as IDBI itself was forced to lend to large business groups with close connections to @INCIndia leaders such as Videocon, Winsome, ABG Shipyard, Kingfisher, etc. These turned into bad loans, causing huge losses for IDBI Bank, which we recognised.
The NDA govt led by Hon'ble PM Shri @narendramodi revived the IDBI bank through professionalism, prudence and recapitalisation of more than Rs 25,000 crores. The IDBI Bank is now poised for its next phase of growth.
All due process has been followed in the IDBI Bank strategic restructuring, and we have already clarified this yesterday.

जयराम जी फिर बग़ैर किसी आधिकारिक दस्तावेज़ के कहानियों के आधार पर ‘निर्देशित होकर’ ज्ञान बाँटना शुरू मत कीजिये।
अगर कहानियों की ही बात करनी है तो दिल्ली के गलियारे में यह बहुत चर्चित कहानियाँ थी की आपके ही शासनकाल में न्यायाधीशों की नियुक्ति कैसे हुआ करती थी, उन कहानियों पर अपनी याददाश्त ताज़ा कर लीजिये।
कहा जाता है कि उस दौर मैं चुनिंदा नामों की सूची पहले अहमद पटेल के पास जाती थी। वहाँ कथित तौर पर न्यायिक योग्यता से अधिक विचार इस सवाल पर होता था कि *“ये हमारे लिए क्या करेंगे?”*
कहानियों की माने इसके बाद कुछ नामों पर सहमति बनती थी। ये नाम तत्कालीन प्रधानमंत्री मनमोहन सिंह के पास पहुँचते थे। वहाँ से सोनिया गांधी की राय ली जाती थी और फिर नामों को अंतिम रूप दिया जाता था।
अब कुछ सीधे सवाल हैं, जिनका जवाब शायद आपकी याददाश्त से गायब हो गया है पर देश की याददाश्त में है।
*आप बतायें कि अहमद पटेल और सोनिया गांधी किस संवैधानिक पद पर बैठी थीं।कि किसी भी सरकारी प्रक्रिया में उनकी कोई भूमिका हो।
क्या न्यायाधीशों के नामों जैसे गंभीर विषय पर उनकी स्वीकृति में उनकी कोई भी भूमिका थी या नहीं ?
क्या इस कहानी को सच माना जाए।
बड़ी विचित्र बात है कि तीन न्यायाधीशों की वरिष्ठता को दरकिनार कर मुख्य न्यायाधीश नियुक्त करने वाले व Committed Judiciary की बात करने वाले आज न्यायपालिका की स्वतंत्रता पर लंबे-लंबे प्रवचन दिए जा रहे हैं, लेकिन अपने शासनकाल की नियुक्तियों को लेकर उठने वाले इन सवालों पर चर्चा तक नहीं होती।
आपने तो कहानी बताई जिसका कोई आधिकारिक दस्तावेज़ न्यायालय में या सरकारी अभिलेखों में नहीं है।
में आपको याद दिलाना हूँ जो सरकारी अभिलेख और न्यायालय के दस्तावेज़ में है आपने एक ऐसे व्यक्ति को भारत का मुख्य न्यायाधीश बना था जिसके पास कानून की डिग्री ही नहीं थी यह 1967-68 मे। भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश रहे जस्टिस कैलाशनाथ वांचू।
क्या आप देश को बता सकते हैं की है कौन से योग्यता थी जिससे उस समय तमाम बेहतरीन कानूनी डिग्री रखने वाले जजों को हटकर करके एक ऐसे व्यक्ति को भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश बना गया जिस के पास कानून की डिग्री ही नहीं थी।
यह कोई किताब या अख़बार में छपी हुई कहानी नहीं बल्कि भारत के आधिकारिक दस्तावेज़ और सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में नियुक्ति की औपचारिक कहानी है।
*दूसरों को संवैधानिक मर्यादा का पाठ पढ़ाने से पहले इन गंभीर आरोपों का जवाब भी दीजिए।*
पूर्व सुप्रीम कोर्ट जज जस्टिस संजय किशन कौल की किताब ने मोदी सरकार के कार्यकाल में न्यायपालिका की स्वतंत्रता पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े किए हैं।
न्यायाधीशों की नियुक्तियों में सरकार की दखलंदाज़ी, कॉलेजियम की बैठक से पहले ही सरकार की मंज़ूरी लेने की कोशिश और अल्पसंख्यक समुदाय के एक न्यायाधीश के नाम पर उनकी जाति को लेकर सरकार के बेतुके सवाल - जस्टिस कौल ने इन घटनाओं का ज़िक्र किया है। जिन बातों को लोग खुलकर कहने से कतराते थे, जस्टिस कौल ने वो सब बड़े सयंत शब्दों में दर्ज किया है।
हैरानी की बात यह है कि पूर्व चीफ़ जस्टिस ऑफ़ इंडिया ने नियुक्तियों से पहले सरकार के साथ चर्चा किए जाने की बात से इनकार नहीं किया है। जब पूर्व CJI जस्टिस चंद्रचूड़ कहते हैं कि सरकार की CJI से बातचीत और नियुक्तियों में भूमिका तो होती ही है, तो न्यायपालिका की स्वतंत्रता को लेकर सवाल और गंभीर हो जाता है।
जस्टिस कौल का यह ख़ुलासा कि PMLA मामले में उनकी अध्यक्षता वाली बेंच द्वारा कोर्ट के फ़ैसले के कुछ पहलुओं पर पुनर्विचार का सवाल उठाए जाने के बाद मामला बिना उनसे चर्चा किए दूसरी बेंच के सामने पहुँचा दिया गया, बेहद गंभीर है। इससे सरकार द्वारा सुप्रीम कोर्ट के कामकाज में दैनिक दख़लअंदाज़ी का अंदाज़ा लगाया जा सकता है।
अगर न्यायाधीशों की नियुक्तियों पर सरकार की मंज़ूरी का दबाव हो और संवेदनशील मामलों की सुनवाई करने वाली बेंच भी बदल दी जाए, तो लोकतंत्र की सुरक्षा के लिए पूछना ज़रूरी है: अगर यह न्यायपालिका पर दबाव और उसकी स्वतंत्रता को कमज़ोर करना नहीं है, तो फिर क्या है?
संविधान की रक्षा करने वाली संस्था को सत्ता के दबाव से मुक्त होना चाहिए। लोकतंत्र में न्यायपालिका की स्वतंत्रता कोई विकल्प नहीं, अनिवार्यता है।

Ambedkar didn't convert to Buddhism. He virtually created a new religion and force-fitted Buddha into it, as he had earlier theorized that Untouchables were Buddhists men who were vanquished.
The Navayana Buddhism that Ambedkar created is primarily based on negation of Hinduism rather than seeking any truth or peace. It builds a negative identity rather than something original of its own.
Possibly no other religion, not even Islam, is so strongly based on negation even though the Islamic shahada literally begins with "there is no God but Allah"; it's a generic negation, rather than specific one that Ambedkar introduced through his 22 vows. Pagan religions were wiped out from Arabia but Islam survived as it didn't merely create a negative identity.
Possibly that's why Islamists like Sharjeel Imam love Ambedkarites. He knows, rather hopes, that once the original target is finished, a negative identity can't survive for long. It's a fertile ground for second round of conversion. It's another matter that Christian missionaries end up winning that round more successfully.

शायद यही भारत का सबसे बड़ा चमत्कार है।

• The Palampur Tea Garden Land Case (Himachal Pradesh):
In 2010, the Kumud Bhushan Education Society (a trust run by the Bhushan family) was granted permission by the then-BJP government to purchase 4.66 hectares of tea garden land in Palampur for setting up an educational institution.
Political opponents later alleged that the land was acquired at highly discounted prices. Under Section 118 of the Himachal Pradesh Tenancy and Land Reforms Act, land-use for tea gardens cannot easily be modified.
In September 2014, following a probe initiated under the Congress state administration, the local administration ordered the vesting of the land and its buildings back to the state government, citing a failure to utilize the land for its designated educational purpose within the stipulated timeframe.
Noida Farmhouse Allotments (Uttar Pradesh):
In 2011, it emerged that Shanti Bhushan and his other son, Jayant Bhushan, were allotted two 10,000-square-meter plots of land in Noida by the Mayawati-led Uttar Pradesh government under a discretionary farmhouse development scheme in 2009. Critics flagged a potential conflict of interest, noting that Jayant Bhushan had been appearing as a lawyer against the Mayawati government in a high-profile local park case. The Bhushans maintained that the application followed standard regulations and denied any wrongdoing.
Indian Express reported on 14.12.2011 that the CAG audit found rules were flouted for allotment of 20000 sq meter land to Bhushans and excheque lost Rs 145.8 cr

• Allahabad Property Stamp Duty Case:
In 2011, civil authorities in Allahabad ruled that Shanti Bhushan had evaded ₹1.35 crore in stamp duty during his purchase of a historical property in Civil Lines, Allahabad.

प्रशांत भूषण के बाप थे शांति भूषण। शांति भूषण एक नामी वकील थे और उन्होंने आपात काल के पहले इंदिरा गाँधी के खिलाफ राजनारायण का केस लड़ा था और इंदिरा गाँधी केस हार गयी थी।
उनको उसका ईनाम तब मिला जब केंद्र में मोरार जी देसाई की सरकार बनी और इन्हे लाॅ मिनिस्टर बनाया गया।
२०१२ में जब अन्ना आंदोलन हुआ तो बाप- बेटे उसमे सक्रिय रूप से शामिल हुए और और बाद में आम आदमी पार्टी के फाउंडर मेंबर भी बने।
तब शांति भूषण ने आम आदमी पार्टी को एक करोड़ रुपये का चन्दा दिया था।
बाद में कई मुद्दों को लेकर केजरीवाल से इन बाप- बेटे का मतभेद हुआ, खासकर कश्मीर में रेफरेंडम के अधिकार के बयान पर आम आदमी पार्टी ने इनसे दूरी बनानी शुरू कर दिया। रेफरेंडम वाले बयान के बाद ये अपने दफ्तर में ही लात खाया था।
उसके बाद कुछ मुद्दों पर मतभेद इतना बढ़ा कि एक मीटिंग के दौरान ही केजरीवाल और उसके समर्थकों ने प्रशांत भूषण, उसके बाप शांति भूषण और योगेंद्र यादव को जमकर माँ- बहन की गालियाँ दी और इन्हें पार्टी से बेईज्जत करके बाहर निकाल दिया। कुछ लोग तो यह भी दावा करते हैं कि इसके बुजुर्ग बाप को कूटा भी गया था।
तो जो बंदा एक करोड़ देने के बाद भी अपने ९० साल के बुजुर्ग बाप को लात खिलवा कर, माँ- बहन की गालियाँ सुनवा कर, खुद लात खाकर और गाली सुनकर केजरीवाल जैसे खजुहे का एक बाल भी नहीं उखाड़ पाया, वह नरेंद्र मोदी की सत्ता उखाड़ने चला है।
मरने के पहले यह कई बार लात खायेगा, क्योंकि यह आदतन लतखोर है। जल्द ही कोई इसको रिचार्ज करो रे।
