The final air battle in TopGun (1986) but with an improved sound design. One thing I personally hate is that movies never include the real alert tones from the respective aircraft. Now I understand why that is but I personally like the immersion of the real alert tones. So enjoy the final battle in TopGun with the proper F-14 RWR alerts, sidewinder growl, and improved cannon sounds from the MiG -29.

No way!? I’m thankful we got Joe in KC for the time we did but man that would have been awesome to see.
Joe Montana asked to play with Barry Sanders in Detroit. The Lions told him no. He had four Super Bowl rings. And he called the Lions coach himself. The front office turned him down in two words. In the video below, Barry repeats exactly what they said. It was 1993. Montana was leaving San Francisco and wanted one more shot with the best runner in football. Wayne Fontes took it upstairs. He came back with the answer and had to tell Montana no. Montana went to Kansas City instead. That same season, he took the Chiefs to the AFC Championship Game. The best quarterback of his generation and the best runner alive could have shared a backfield. Detroit passed over a birth certificate. On today’s market, Montana’s deal would be worth about $45 million a year. Barry’s, about $42 million. Detroit could have had both. What they really made is in the article below.

Definitely been bright spot for the Illini this year!
Illinois WR Collin Dixon so far this season 60 receptions (9th nationally) 781 receiving yards (11th) 10 touchdowns (4th) On pace for 90 receptions, 1,172 receiving yards, and 15 touchdowns.

I have purposely tried to avoid anything political the last couple days so my stupid algorithm wouldn’t get screwed up and yet all I see is political bullshit.

Gas, groceries, and no new wars. That’s what Trump ran on in 2024. He failed at all 3. Spoiler. The Dems that won last night won’t focus on those things either. The next 2 years will be all about impeachment. Spoiler 2. Neither party will help us. Your wallet is still screwed

No arguments here!
"I think the Kansas City Chiefs has to find an answer at the wide receiver position." Manti wants to see the @Chiefs make a move before the trade deadline 👀

#ChiefsKingdom, take a breath. We're 5-2. We've been through way worse than this. Petro said it best: this is part of the cost of going for a three-peat. When you keep making deep playoff runs and trying to keep a championship roster together, eventually you're going to feel it. Right now, we don't have the depth we've had in the past, and injuries only magnify that. That doesn't mean we ignore the problems. There are things that absolutely need to get better. But giving up on this team? Turning on the coaches and players after everything we've watched them accomplish? Not me. Adversity doesn't mean the season is over. It means you find out what your team is made of. We're 5-2. There's a lot of football left. Keep the faith, #ChiefsKingdom ❤️💛 We've been through worse, and this story is far from over.

This is why Andy’s response yesterday was not popular.
The Chiefs have run the ball 13 times from inside the 5-yard line and scored on just 2 of them. It's the worst percentage in the NFL. It's also the argument for the sneak: kansascity.com/sports/spt-co…

Shouting that top point at the top of my lungs… just doesn’t make sense!
My thoughts after sleeping that one off: - Chiefs continue to be the only team that refuses to run the QB sneak/tush push. That would have won them the game yesterday. However, they are ok with actively making their O-Line worse and forcing Mahomes to run for his life (which is what lead to the most severe injury of his career) - Clock management was bad. That was some old-school Andy clocked management. - Young guys need to continue to get more snaps. Johnson has a monster game and Cyrus Allen has great hands (smallest sample size ever but that catch he made at the sticks was tough) - Butker costs you more opportunities than he gives you anymore. He used to be an automatic 3 points from 55 and in. Now he’s giving your opponent great field position at least once per game. He has to go. Eat the money and move on. - This team still doesn’t have a down-field threat without Thornton. Need to address this. Why are they afraid of using Worthy on any routes past the line of scrimmage? Is he really that bad at route running? - Rice being back is big, but with Rice back Worthy just recedes into nothing. - Players played well enough to win that game. I blame this one 98% on coaching.

Luther Burden sure would have liked nice in a Chiefs jersey…. Sigh

Kingsley Suamataia has allowed 5 pressures ALL SEASON. Mike Caliendo allowed 5 pressures in ONE GAME against Denver. Andy Reid has now benched Suamataia twice and says the latest decision was not punishment-related. Reid is repeatedly removing a strong pass protector from the lineup, and the replacement hasn't provided a clear upgrade. If this isn't disciplinary, why keep making the decision to bench him? At what point does keeping him off the field become a bigger problem than whatever is happening behind the scenes?

That’s a huge difference!
2018-22: When the Chiefs trailed by 4-7 points with less than 13 minutes left (therefore needing a TD), they scored TDs on 8/14 drives, a rate of 57.1%. 2023-present: They've been in that spot 11 times. Zero TD. More late-game pain in Denver: kansascity.com/sports/spt-co…

Thank you Tracy!
This is absolutely not true. I was right there and Nix was on the other side of field when game ended and celebrating and took a while to get to Mahomes. They had a long conversation with Mahomes and Nix both showing respect for each other.
