$IWM nice counter trend move...Note the 5/13 crossed back up and we broke the bearish symmetry of that last major swing down...at least short term....287 area is key decision above with other symmetry from the larger swing now!

Now turning to the current Array, here we have back-to-back Directional Changes in October and November. This most likely indicating a US Democratic victory taking the House in November, which may lead to Netanyahu fulfilling his dream trying to topple Iran. The volatility will rise significantly from December going into March, when we also see a sharp rise in diesel fuel costs as well.

$ES 60min ping pong chart shows that we rallied up to complete the ABCD, hit the upper limit (7801), did a false break & reversed. We are chopping in a tight zone (7774-7740). Short term, Bulls need to stay above 7774. Bears need to stay below 7740. in between is death by a thousand cuts. Table limits are $ES 7801 & 7656, with the net at 7728. Longer term (4hr), Bulls are in control above 7756. Bears are in control below 7726. In between is chop. $ES Daily (Dec contract) shows that we remain above the 1/2 square (7731) & below the 5/8 line (7777), with 7777 being approximately the middle of the big range, so no resolution yet. 60min, 4hr & daily price action all showing us range bound. Trade accordingly or wait for the break. Big Cycles support a chaotic transition to the next Epoch. We have entered the final phase of the current Epoch that will last into mid 2028, when the new Epoch begins. Odds favor a credit event in 2026, resulting in market turmoil and a more decentralized world. A monetary reset is likely in 2026. 2026 is 55 years from end of Bretton Woods. 55 is a Fibonacci number. 2026 is a 1 Universal Year. 1 is the start of a new cycle.

$SPX got support from 50-dma this morning, but will it be enough for the intermediate swing term, let alone the monthly chart potential wave iii crest-completed scenario. Meanwhile, also still watching the potential H&S on daily chart.

I know my $VIX charts aren’t the best, but I still like keeping an eye on especially for the trendlines. May be useful again on daily & weekly. Hourly is a good inverse of $SPX today, if it’ll cross into the gap or continue backing away.

$SPX move up testing back to where it had gapped down. Will it fill the gap though, or that’s all we get — as I’m still watching the potential H&S setup on daily. Important levels now $7741 above, $7630’s below (at least for now).

$SPX - The next 16-17 week cycle low is due in the 2nd half of November. The last 17 week cycle was very bullish but this one is more similar to the one from November 2025 to March 2026(see the TSI). Therefore, this time it's likely to at least hit the lower BB in November.

Here is why I think #SILVER's test of support area is very important. A cluster of technical supports between 50-55 area.

When I founded Reasons to Believe 4 decades ago, anthropologists said Neanderthals were anatomically identical to modern humans. With the discovery of genetic differences, they began to dig deeper in both senses of the term. The more they unearthed, the greater the anatomical differences they discovered: 1st the large jaw bones & eye sockets, then the shorter limbs & barrel shaped torso, then the brain & skull differences I posted a few days ago. The latest discoveries reveal differences in the bones that support the neck & the difference between the Neanderthal pelvis & the modern human male pelvis that allows modern human males to easily walk long distances & to engage in complex thinking while walking long distances over rough terrain. $NQ 60min ping pong chart shows that Bulls failed 2 more times at the net (29300) & we are now chopping around between 29195 & 29093. Bears remain in full control, as the overnight bounce failed at 29300. Short term, Bulls want price above 29093. Bears want price below 29195. For the bigger trend (4hr), Bears are in control below 29650. Bulls take back control above it. Table limits are $NQ 29720 & 28885, with the net at 29300. $NQ daily shows the bigger picture range we are stuck in, defined by the 1/2 square (30048) & the 1/8 line (28971). Both sides are dug in and defending their respective boundaries. More tactically, the daily band to watch is 29333 & 28971. Above it Bulls can make a move higher & below it Bears keep the down move going. Latest weekly podcast: youtube.com/watch?v=SXv3u_EH… Trade with levels and not with emotion today. Best of luck.

In the US, the government is spending more than $1 trillion annually only to pay interest on money it has already borrowed. Total government spending in fiscal year 2026 climbed to $7.4 trillion, but revenues amounted to only $5.4 trillion. Yet the most alarming figure is buried within that enormous spending bill. Net interest payments reached $1.05 trillion, while gross interest costs climbed to $1.36 trillion. Washington is now spending approximately $2.9 billion EVERY DAY in net interest, and that money does absolutely nothing to reduce the outstanding principal.

Interest expense alone has surpassed the entire national defense budget. Net interest is now the third-largest federal expenditure behind Social Security and Medicare. Approximately 19 cents of every dollar collected by the federal government is now consumed by net interest payments. That money cannot build infrastructure, improve education, or provide additional services because it is being transferred to creditors for debts incurred by previous administrations and Congresses.

Governments have absolutely no intention of repaying their debts. They continually roll over existing obligations while issuing additional debt to finance current spending. The politicians pretend that borrowing is a permanent source of revenue, but every bond eventually matures and must either be repaid or refinanced. When interest rates rise, the cost of refinancing becomes increasingly expensive. Washington became accustomed to artificially low rates during the pandemic and behaved as though that arrangement would continue indefinitely. The average interest rate on outstanding federal debt has now reached approximately 3.53%, more than double its 2021 level. Even that average understates the pressure from newly issued securities carrying higher market yields.

The situation becomes even more absurd when politicians discuss cutting government spending. They argue endlessly over relatively small discretionary programs while interest costs are growing into one of the largest obligations in the entire federal budget. The more revenue consumed by interest, the less flexibility the government has to finance other commitments without additional borrowing or taxation. It's a never ending spiral and interest will end up crowding out all other expenses.
