A Cyber Awareness Drive was conducted at Elante Mall, Chandigarh, with the objective of creating awareness among the general public about common cyber frauds and safe digital practices.
A Cyber Awareness Drive was conducted at GMSSS, Police Lines sector 26 Chandigarh, with the objective of creating awareness among the students about common cyber frauds and safe digital practices.
During the drive, students were sensitized about video-call extortion (Digital Arrest), KYC and banking frauds, malicious APK files, women’s online safety, and Adani Gas-related frauds.
They were advised not to share their OTP, PIN, bank account details, passwords, or other sensitive information with anyone. In case of any cyber related assistance Dial 1930 or visit cybercrime.gov.in.
