Over two years ago, I shared this post about my 7-year-old son, Ollie. ❤️👇
He had a dream of creating books for his little brother. Somewhere along the way, he also became curious about NFTs.
So, like any dad with more enthusiasm than experience, I thought… well, let’s give it a crack! 😂
Fast-forward to 2026, and Ollie’s now 10. 🌈
What started as a little father-and-son idea has turned into a much bigger adventure than either of us imagined.
We’ve dreamed up characters, created countless illustrations, published books, experimented with merchandise and explored all sorts of ideas.
I’ve also spent a ridiculous number of hours learning how to build websites, apps and tools, meeting some amazing people along the way.
Has everything gone to plan? Absolutely not. 😂
We’ve made mistakes, changed direction, put ideas on hold and probably tried to tackle far too many things at once.
But through all of it, the reason we started Little Ollie has never changed.
I’m just a dad who wanted to encourage his son’s imagination, help him chase his ideas and hopefully build something together that we can both look back on and be proud of.
And that brings us to today.
After everything we’ve learned, we’re slowly finding our way back to one of our original ideas…
Little Ollie Genesis. 🌈
We’re exploring a collection where people can do more than simply mint a random character.
The idea is to give people the opportunity to help create their own unique Little Ollie Genesis character — something that feels personal to them, with possibilities for characters, families and adventures as the world grows.
We’re not rushing to launch.
No grand roadmap. No promises of the moon. No pressure to be the next big thing.
We just want to create something fun, do it properly and enjoy the journey with the people who want to be part of it.
To kick things off, we’re bringing together our 11 Founding Chapters of 101 — a way for early supporters to become part of Little Ollie’s beginning.
Chapter 01 — The First 101 is currently welcoming expressions of interest through our Discord.
Whether you’ve been here since that very first post or you’re only discovering Little Ollie today, you’re more than welcome.
And to everyone who’s supported us along the way, genuinely, thank you. ❤️
It’s been one hell of a learning experience, and there’s still so much we want to explore.

Most NFT projects ask one question:
How do we make people want the NFT?
@BudmoNFT seems to be asking a better one:
How do we make the NFT mean something beyond the wallet?
2026 pieces on Ethereum, but the bigger vision goes outside the collection.
Branding → merch, collectibles and physical products.
Community → identity and experiences.
Charity → using part of the ecosystem to create real-world impact.
That last part caught my attention.
NFTs have spent years proving digital items can have value.
Maybe the next evolution is proving that digital ownership can create value outside Web3 too.
That’s a much bigger test.

The next wave of NFTs won't be remembered for their artwork alone.
They'll be remembered for the communities and systems they create around them.
That's one reason I've been watching Budmo.
A collection of 3,333 NFTs on Ethereum is only the surface.
The bigger vision is connecting digital ownership with real world impact through charity, community participation, evolving utilities, and a story that gives holders something to grow into over time.
In a market where attention disappears quickly, projects that build identity, purpose, and long term engagement have a better chance of surviving than those built around short term hype.
People collect art.
Communities create culture.
Culture is what lasts.

The Riders community is built different!
@SpaceRidersXYZ & I’m not just saying this lightly either. Cause I have witness them for as long as I can remember when I first entered this space. It wasn’t until the Legendary @zubic_eth made a trust trade with me a few years back in order to bring me into the fold which I am forever grateful & will always remember with the promise of purchasing my 2nd Rider whenever I could. Which btw took me awhile, in which he never gave me flack for. 🙏 so very Thankful cause I had hit Rock bottom in irl. Only recently did things started to look up & I finally saw light at the end of the tunnel.
Fast forward a bit…I came back onto the timeline very tentatively, unsure if any of the connections I made were still around.
I posted a few of my other projects I had held thru the years which to my own disappointment resulted zero to nil traction. No fault to the project or community. I was away for 2 whole years.
I completely understood. I’m still very proud to be a part of those projects.
But then I posted my space rider
& my timeline blew up just because Zubic had chosen to recognize me…from there the Community followed suit & maaaaaan
Did they followed suit! I was blown away.
This is leadership masterclass 101. I am not a whale but he sure made me feel like one. Thank you brother! You are a Mythical individual among so many Legendary Space Riders. Thank you for continuing to pave the way. It is an honor & privilege to witness ur growth in power.
I look forward to whatever the future holds because I know you & every Space Riders will only continue to expand. To infinity & beyoooooooond!!!!

Sometimes I like to snoop through X group chats, Discords, etc., just to read sentiment across different NFT communities and whatnot.
It can be fun, and a lot of the time I pick up on information or perspectives I genuinely missed, which I enjoy.
One thing I’ve noticed over the past few days is the sheer amount of emotional outrage from different communities and individuals over other NFT collections taking the spotlight, moving in a better direction, people WETH’ing, listing, yada yada yada.
A lot of you are not emotionally intact, and that’s okay. But believe me when I say this, you are doing not only yourself, but the projects you represent, a disservice. Full stop.
Look, I get it. These things can be frustrating, and in the moment they can absolutely feel annoying. But you have to learn how to live with those emotions. Accept them, process them, and train your brain to push past them.
You cannot let things like this take up real estate in your mind. It’s toxic, sends you down a spiral, and honestly just isn’t a good look. More importantly, it hurts the bigger picture.
I probably would’ve dropped dead from stress by now if I let these things get to me over the past 4 years. You just cannot allow that to happen.
People are gonna do what they do. What you can control, as an individual, is how you respond to situations. And if you do feel the need to say something, respond, don’t react.
There’s a huge goal here that we’re all striving for, and that’s making NFTs and digital collectibles great. Simple as that. When people start chomping at the bit over every little thing, all it really does is pull us backward in a way that benefits nobody.
I implore everyone in this space to take a step back and see the bigger picture. We’re all passionate, hungry, and trying to succeed.
The NFT market cap is currently sitting at around $1.6 billion. Do you understand how small that is in the grand scheme of things? The amount of room for growth, and for literally everyone to win here, is enormous.
There is absolutely no reason to get heated over the bits and pieces of what goes on in an open financial market where, crazy concept, people trade assets.
Let things be. Focus on your goals. Be there for one another. And do right by your people. It’s really that simple.
There’s room for everyone, as long as we put in the work and stop the nitpicking.

We’ve been cooking this up for a few weeks now, and I’m absolutely stoked it’s finally getting close.
