So sad to hear that a great Chef/friend Floyd Cardoz has passed on from Covid 19. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. This is a terrible loss ...will miss him .

I just found that Slurping Turtle Chicago is closing . Kathy and I created this concept, but left the partnership over a year ago, due to disagreement over direction. Still, we are deeply saddened by this news.
