EXCLUSIVE: 4 star California WR Ty Johnson has FLIPPED his commitment from @ArizonaFBall to in-state rival Arizona State University he confirmed with SunDevilDaily this morning.
Among the reasons for the flip, Johnson said that “Arizona State is a great program with a history of sending receivers into the league” and was primarily recruited by ASU’s Wide Receiver Coach and Super Bowl MVP Hines Ward.
Johnson was Arizona’s only 4 star of the 2027 cycle according to 247’s recruiting class tracker furthering Head Coach Brent Brennan’s recruiting woes as they are set to host and lose to Iowa State tomorrow.

Power was out for about 90 minutes. Back on now.
I’ve only live in show low for a year but my neighbor across the street said a rain storm we got earlier this year was the worst she has seen in about 20 years. That day we got about 2 inches in 2-3 hours.
In that time I put in work to increase the drainage capacity in my yard and it still flooded. This video is showing a lull when all the water was able to clear the yard
Today was more intense by far.

Always knew there was more to the story
Arizona State is currently expected to make a QB change and start Mikey Keene against Kansas State on Saturday, sources tell @CBSSports.
Cutter Boley has started ASU’s first six games. Keene, who previously played at UCF, Fresno St. and Michigan, has 8,533 career passing yards.
Spoiler alert: the market will continue to stagnate but won’t crash.
The US housing market is in a deep freeze, per CNBC.
Existing home sales ran at an annual pace of just 3.99 million in September, per the National Association of Realtors. August and September were the two slowest months of the year.
Yet prices still aren’t falling: the median home sold for $417,500, up 1.3% from a year ago and the 39th straight month of annual gains.
Meanwhile, homes are sitting longer, a median of 33 days, as higher mortgage rates shut more buyers out.
