🚨"SWIMMING WHILE BEING BLACK." A Black woman was swimming at her mom's apartment pool. A white woman demanded her mom's name and apartment number. She refused. So the woman called the police. It happened in Michigan in June. Nataasja Drake says she was visiting her mom, who lives at the complex. "I don't owe you an explanation," Drake told her. The woman sat down next to her: "If you don't live here, you can't come in." Drake kept filming: "I'm recording. I'm calm. I ain't did nothing. You walked up on me." Drake says the officer who showed up "tried his hardest not to laugh." We haven't seen any police statement. Does a guest owe a stranger her mom's name and apartment number, or is that the complex's job?

"Go back to your country." He was BORN HERE. A driving instructor was just doing his job in an empty church parking lot in Langley, B.C. Then a woman walked up, told him to leave the country, asked "You're teaching these people?" and complained about "a brown man." The video shows her GRABBING him. Langley RCMP say officers arrested a woman at the scene Wednesday morning. She's been released, hasn't been charged yet, and is expected in court. That's not a parking complaint. That's RACISM. Imagine being told to go home… while you're standing in it. Should this be a hate crime?

COPS CALLED ON BLACK 3-YEAR-OLD: A family says they were kicked off a youth soccer field in Winter Park, Florida, because their toddler was "too good." The parents say other adults complained he "has the ball for too long." Then police showed up. On video, an officer tells them "they're wanting you guys to head out." He gives no reason on camera and no one is arrested. The mom says she watched a "huddle" of grown adults talking about her son. The dad: "They called the police on a 3-year-old." He's 3. Should police ever be called over a toddler playing soccer?
