It’s with sadness and a heavy heart that we report on the passing of our Club Secretary Peter Grocott. Our thoughts are with his family.
Chesterton AFC has been working hard, not only on pitch maintenance but also to get Covid Secure for unofficial training to start tomorrow.
Thanks for the nomination, @thestant

That’s our season done with. A respectable campaign that was looking like a mid table finish in our first season after promotion, plus a couple of cup runs thrown in and we can be fairly pleased with our work. It’s been a big learning curve though and plenty to work on next year!
A big thank you to the @scslchair for there hard work this season. A massive thank you to all our players, coaching staff, committee, groundsman and everyone involved with the running of this football club.

In what has been a disastrous season in terms of postponement and cancellations, the league have now made the decision (a sensible one) to postpone the @staffscountysl fixtures for the next couple of weeks.
Today’s game against @cityofstokefc has been called OFF by the referee after an early pitch Inspection!
Another disappointing day as we crash out of the presidents trophy q/f, losing 2-1 to @ReseRedgate ! Yet again we had chance after chance which we failed to convert, and fitness showed in the last 20 with redgate punishing us.
Our goal from @thomas_kelly95 .
MOTM @jordbeech1
Good luck to @ReseRedgate in the next round who had that bit more quality and composure in the final 3rd when it mattered most today. Always been great game’s between us played in good spirit. ⚽️👍
Finally back into action today after weeks of postponements ! We travel to @ReseRedgate in the q/f of the Presidents cup.
Always a tight game between both sides, we will have to be at our best!

Our game away at Hawkins Sports FC today has been called OFF.
We turn our attention to next weeks huge quarter final game against @ReseRedgate !

Down to a bare squad through injuries, suspensions and cry off, we dug deep against 2nd placed @Ball_Haye_Green ! Despite the better chances and at least deserving a point (if not all 3,) we unfortunately lost 1-0.
Another tough fixture as we welcome 2nd place @Ball_Haye_Green to Red Street Community Centre. The lads will be keen to turn around our recent slump !

Incredibly disappointing afternoon for us as we let ourselves down going down to 7 men. Fair play to Alsager who took advantage of our lack of discipline and they managed the conditions a lot better than us.
We need to take a serious look at ourselves and go back to basics
3 POINTS ✅
@ChestertonAFC 0 - 4 Swans
Brilliant afternoon for us coming out on top in really tough conditions! We dominated the majority of the game after taking an early lead!
After our 2nd went in Ches discipline went from some of their boys. And we went on to punish it...
