I wasn’t the best Super in the profession but I was at the top of the heap when it came to building teams! I didn’t care that my team members were smarter than me, I didn’t care that they knew more than me! All I care about is that they worked for me!

Happy New Year to all the turf twitter folks. Here is where the rubber meets the road. I just got this from @amazonsmile. We can do better for families in need if everyone designates @wee1foundation as your charity of choice. It won't cost you anything! #retweetforweeone

Thank you to @PatJonesTweets for taking the time to interview me and to @TurfNetMaestro and @turfnet for posting this on their website: turfnet.com/news.html/turf-m…

Thoughts about the Behind The Greens video on Torrey Pines? @R_Mcintosh9 is such a credit to the profession and it’s cool that they included the assistants. The segment on building the new range was very cool. The snarky narrator? Not so much. youtu.be/P77o7nb6Y98

Yup. We have this once-in-forever opportunity to grow the game but we’re debating dress codes? Just stop please.
The fact that golf is worried about a hoodie is honestly what’s wrong with golf. #WeHere
