Tomorrow, before I leave for just over a month, I'm going to publish the lawsuit I just filed, the countersuit I just filed, and my answer to the lawsuit I was retroactively added to. I do hope everyone enjoys.

This is false. There was no "one year" protective order entered against me. There was an emergency protective order that was procedurally extended with a year of continuances, this is defamatory and will be utilized in future cases.

Don't talk to them, don't give them any attention, it's not worth it. This is going to be dealt with through the courts. Give me some time with my newfound freedom and I'll post the first lawsuit, Since posting lawsuits is apparently perfectly fine.

Stalking no contact order? Thanos'ed out of existence, after a year of extending an emergency order that I never got to challenge in court.

Copyright cases? Copyright claims board case one and two dismissed. The First Federal Court filing dismissed, Second Court filing split less than $100 awarded each side. Their case was incredibly narrowly tailored to ownership of certain videos, not company assets.

Defamation cases? Original case, not served ever, vacated after default due to lack of service, amended complaint dismissed, they're currently working on a third attempt.

Current standing, all labor cases, dismissed.

First, all the labor cases against us have been completely dismissed. The retaliation case was dismissed voluntarily in open court by Jerry and his lawyer in April of last year. Everything officially gone in June.

I can now finally scream in pain without being sent to jail. Though after a year, my voice is sort of gone. Just got out of court earlier today filing my first of many lawsuits against Chicago Corner and its associates.

At this point hlm has successfully defeated nearly a dozen cases including refiles against hlm. This has been ubiquitous, the opposition has not won a single case nor even come close. The only stuff that is outstanding is now waiting on judicial rulings with judges that have already threatened to fine the company for even bringing these cases up in the first place. There are so many more details I would like to offer but I do have to respect the process so that's what I'm going to do. At this point we really don't need luck to win, just time.
