2 @NewhamLondon enforcement officers visited me. was showing them CCTV & that moment a woman lobbed fag box out car window. They stepped out & gave her £80 fine! they left, she finished fag, threw butt out, thought better of it & jumped out to retrieve B4 she was fined again!
