Completing the MSc in Youth Justice at QUB has deepened my understanding of youth issues, children's rights, and the policy and practice that underpins these. It has allowed me to develop critical analytical skills that have enhanced my confidence within my professional role. I got promoted to Head of Service, but more than that it has given me confidence in how I read things and how I look at things! I really miss it!"
