$SNDK datacenter revenue hit $4.8B, up 61% QoQ and 1,682% YoY.
About 40% of sequential revenue growth came from higher pricing, while 60% came from volume growth.
AI infrastructure and inference workloads are driving structural NAND demand. The third memory earnings report of the week adds another data point to watch after SK hynix and Samsung.
$SNDK Q2 FY2027 guide: Non-GAAP EPS of $55–57 and revenue of $12.2B–$12.6B.
Sandisk's outlook comes as AI infrastructure demand continues to support memory markets. SK hynix expects NAND demand to grow in the high teens in 2027 and guided for a mid-single-digit increase in NAND ASPs in Q4.
$SCHN.NE 's proposed acquisition of $PTC for roughly $23B is no small deal.
PTC brings nearly $3B in annual revenue, 38% operating margins, and 32% FCF margins. But Schneider will need substantial financing to close the deal.
Can PTC’s profitability justify the added debt?

Ask not why the market disagrees with me, but why I disagree with the market.
Because what you're disagreeing with is, collectively, all investors' knowledge backed by their money.
Measure twice, and maybe a few times more.

MARVELL ACQUIRING LUMENTUM?!
$MRVL is reportedly in advanced talks to acquire $LITE , a maker of optical components for AI data centers.
We pulled up a side-by-side comparison of both companies:
Revenue growth: Lumentum 109.3% vs. Marvell 36.5% YoY
Market cap: Marvell $226.13B vs. Lumentum $83.63B
Quarterly revenue: Marvell $2.74B vs. Lumentum $1.01B
Operating margin: Lumentum 27.8% vs. Marvell 16.8%
No deal terms have been disclosed, and neither company has announced a definitive agreement.
Could this reshape Marvell’s position in AI infrastructure?

Is Micron $MU still undervalued, or is the market already pricing in peak-cycle profits?
Our normalized valuation puts Micron at $1,723/share today, based on 50% annual revenue growth for 3 years, a 50% net margin, and a 10x exit P/E.
But new memory supply could pressure margins beyond 2028–2029. How sustainable are Micron’s massive near-term profits?
