When reality gives you an input that leaves you disturbed, there's 2 parts that need to be resolved. 1. Relaxing the body 2. Relaxing the mind Just because the body is calm, doesn't mean the mind won't race. Just because the mind is calm, doesn't mean the body is not uncomfortable.

Religion plays a crucial role in maintaining (cucking) a society at large. So whatever. (+ you can't replace it with secularism; it doesn't work) I remember sitting in one of my mentor's seminars when he said, "I don't care about waking up the sleeping sheep. I only care about waking up the sleeping lions." The awakened will understand. The sleeping won't. Not my problem.

Your emotions/subtle energy affect how you think as well. If you saw something online like that learjet plane crash, even if you're not tuned in empathically, there is a sheer dread to it all. If you are in-tuned empathically, it's a unique discomfort. It's not logic in your mind talking. It's the emotion.
Anyone else been having some fucked-up thoughts since November started? Fucking hell, some of the shit that's been going through my head lately. I was sitting in the sauna today thinking, "Where the fuck are these thoughts coming from? These ain't even my thoughts" Genuinely started wondering if someone was sending me some evil shit. Then I caught myself. What the fuck am I doing sitting in a sauna having an argument with thoughts I didn't even ask for? And remember, even though November is a 3 Universal Month, it's still the 11th month, carrying that 11 energy associated with heightened emotions and intuition. We've also got Mercury retrograde going on. Make of that what you will, but I've definitely noticed a difference lately. I think this is a good time for grounding, exercise, healing frequencies, spiritual baths, sage, incense and especially meditation. Proper sleep and eating real food too. You can't expect your mind to be right when you're sleeping four hours a night and living off absolute rubbish. And if you're an 11 Life Path, born on the 11th or 29th, or have strong 11 energy in your birth date, I'd especially recommend looking after yourself. Emotional control is already one of your biggest lessons, and this month you might feel that shit twice as hard. Don't believe every thought that enters your head. You can be having a perfectly good day and suddenly your brain decides to bring up some bullshit from five years ago. Some thoughts don't deserve a second of your attention. LOVE YA FAM! 🫶

To the small handful who care: It's no surprise that social media has gone completely half-hearted on my end. I just want to write about things that I like every now and then. make some commentary every now and then. I didn't realize the byproduct of that is building an audience that has to be sustained regularly & it'd be easy af if I found it fun but this shit is not fun sometimes. & With the 'For you' flooded with subway surfer-esque videos, it becomes a complete waste of time. I'll leave the marketing and audience/attention grabbing to those who want it. (at least for now) I'll still be around but as a normie with an X account; not a daily influencer.

So I've been thinking about awakening... & wtf it even is...🧐I know my own personal experiences, but what is everyone else doing? It's like this weird shift in consciousness that you can't un-do. Once you see the elephant, you can't unsee the elephant. & The beginning is really dark and messy. It's like being born again, but you're put into a dark cave with no map and no light. Are you going crazy? Perhaps feel a bit scared, apprehensive, uncomfortable? So you find the best marketers in their space and learn a bit about what they found. & It all sounds fucking crazy, but you take it in because it might help you understand the grand design. & So everyone who awakens goes out looking for answers and finds many, and the belief they end up with is one they've reinforced with their own experiences. Some chose to look outward for serendipity. IE. numbers, astrology, etc. - Looking for moments of the external "God". Factors of life largely outside of your control. Others chose to look inward for control. IE. Awareness + energy How to control your inner essence of "God" (something you can actually consciously manipulate and do something about) Lots of maps. I'm still making my own as well.

Hindsight, you can control aspects of the external essence of God as well. Different actions create different results in reality. Once the desired external result is found, the map can be made. The thing about external results is that it has to be adapted because it's ever changing. Inner map? Hasn't changed much in a very long time.

Change is the only constant. Building emotional anchors around people and things can be normal. Healthy, even. What sets you apart is how you respond when they shift.

The human experience includes the entire range of human emotion from positive to negative. When people are not flexible, it's because they too commonly become attached to a specific feeling - ie. Depression, constantly sassy/attitude, etc. To adapt to change, you must be capable of experiencing the entire range of human emotion without being impulsive about it.
you gotta be dumb to not know how smart anger can be

Where does my personal vendetta against religion come from? When I first became consciously aware of myself, I came to a lot of realizations. I wanted to talk to someone who knew themselves spiritually. So I visited a lot of fuckin churches. I live in what has to be the biggest Korean Christian area in the country. One after another, I’d ask to talk to the pastor. None of them knew wtf I was talking about. That's when I realized it was the blind leading the blind. Or in the words of Jesus Christ himself: "Let them alone; they are blind guides. And if the blind lead the blind, both will fall into a pit." (Matthew 15:14) I'd sit in for a sermon and it's the pastor being vulnerable about their insecurities and then reaching for scripture for comfort. Every. Single. Time. I was looking for self-inquiry and they were selling faith. In the end I found religion is just creating little houses spread across the world that convince people to lie to themselves and completely give up on truth. Good values. Highly neurotic. Most of them don’t care about truth. They just hand their accountability to God. Never been a fan since.

I'm not saying there's no greater intelligence behind all this. There is some sort of external God. But it doesn't seem to be the one the Western world prays to.

I roll my eyes when I hear Pastors say some dumb shit like, "God is perfect and beautiful in every way!" Then you look at reality and it’s full of chaos. Complete disorder, and some of the cruelest things happen in nature. Look into the animal kingdom: If you’re a carnivore, you kill another living being or you starve. And every day you don’t eat, you get weaker. An injury between two fighting animals can lead to a slow, painful death with your pack not able to do anything about it. A large branch falls off a tree and lands on a deer's head and ends its life. Nature is as terrifying as it is beautiful. The God that creates order is You. The God that creates beauty is You. A farmer once bought a few acres of raw land. Weeds, stones and insects as far as he could see. Every day the sun would cast an uncomfortable, muggy, humid air that spread across the field. & Every day, he would work at that field. Pluck every weed. Remove every stone. And after a year, he had not only manicured the land to perfection, he also built a home and sowed the land to be ready for farming. A stranger walks by, takes a look at the beautiful land and says, "God really does work wonders, huh?" To which the farmer replies, "Yep."

Ok, let's talk about neuroticism: Neuroticism is how easily your emotions tip negative: anxiety, depression, self-doubt, anger and emotional instability. (This is not a disease or disorder, but our natural human tendency) Everyone is dancing on this scale from 'not neurotic at all' to 'heavily neurotic' depending on any given day. Look at the average person and you’ll find most of society on the neurotic side of the scale. Anxious, depressed, and easily frustrated. The greater the emotional instability; the easier you become to control. Media throws news of the next apocalypse or some grave injustice to throw fear and anger into regular people. They buy into it and it throws them into a loop that isn't even relevant to their daily lives. Well, neuroticism was studied. & There was a correlation found between neuroticism and orgasmic energy. It was found that the lack of orgasmic energy found throughout the body is the cause of higher degrees of neuroticism. The less or complete absence of orgasmic energy leads to the highest levels of neuroticism. Fill your body completely with orgasmic energy and you reach a state of bliss where negative energy has nothing to grab onto.

Also, becoming orgasmic is more of a mental state than an act. Just because someone is highly sexual doesn't mean they're filling themselves up with orgasmic energy. They may be expending it, which can lead to more neuroticism. Men can spin the energy instead of releasing it. Women can spin it through the whole body instead of keeping it localized. That's when orgasm stops being an act and becomes a state.

You’ve got 2 wheels of energy flowing in your body. When the flow gets stuck, leaks, or constricts, you feel it. Wheel 1: your gut. Wheel 2: the loop down the front of your body and up your spine. The inputs of the outer world create a trigger inside your inner world. You feel it as a negative vibration along the wheel that shows up as anxiety, fear, or anger. That’s when you fall back on old habits, freeze up, or act out. Let irritation sit in your gut long enough and it can turn into blind rage. Even violence. With practice, you can keep the channel flowing comfortably. You’ll still get disturbed. You just won’t sit in it longer than you need to. Next time you feel overwhelmed or thrown off, notice where it hits. Your chest, your gut, or a chill down your spine. Then spin the wheel and let it move. Noticing is step one. But healing takes more than awareness and moving the energy. You have to get your conscious and subconscious mind into a relaxed, stress-free state as well. A new mental focus. Which is the other, polar side of this battle.

A few years ago, my friend was throwing a birthday party. He's an extreme socialite, has many friends, and deep connections. We often laugh about how opposite we are. I am introspective and have thought a lot about life, and he doesn't care for the deep thinking and wants to experience life to the fullest. Anyway, so I'm socializing and meeting his friends (two long dining tables full of people at a popular nightbar/restaurant) that I've never seen or met before. Made small talk over drinks and had a great time. The most interesting part of the night was meeting this guy named, Michael. This guy was hella aggressive to everyone. Really muttering to himself, lowk sounding crazy. It all started to make more sense when he started offering us coke. So anyway.... after the bump, I actually started listening to him and what he was arguing with people about. & this guys is wildly philosophical. He's talking about the mind, the world, and telling people they're full of shit. Basically, he could see the masks people typically wear and called them out on it. I understood what he was talking about, but other people were calling him insane or a huge dickhead. Never spoke to that guy again, but hope he's doing well. You never know who you run into that wakes up to stuff like this.

Every now and then I see a post about semen retention... I even wrote an article about it back in 2024. I could explain it in 1 long form post... but people are building courses around it or something so i'll chill. I've observed it differently than most though.

You can resolve issues through talking and debating in a civilized manner. Violence at this scale is purely emotional. All complainers; no one with a solution or builders. When it comes to physical violence, or wanting the other person's perspective on life to end, I've seen both sides. The victors writing the history books & the martyrdom living beyond their lifetime
“Why is France revolting?” Why ISN’T America revolting? Answer: Because our police would shoot us on site.

First of all, no ideology stops seeing other people as people. Base humanity comes in a very selfish form. Our own thoughts are all we know. Solipsism. Unless you wake up a little or have kids, you are the center of the universe. Consideration of another person's thoughts and emotions are a sign of maturity; not our baseline. Also, this cute sense of unity is only one side of polarity. What do you do when difference exist? Are you prepared to fight for the people and things you love if someone else has other plans? Reality is colder and more cruel than you think.
FUCK EVERY IDEOLOGY THAT REQUIRES YOU TO STOP SEEING OTHER PEOPLE AS HUMAN BEINGS
