📚New book by @crbambrick4 "Constitutionalizing the Private Sphere: A Comparative Inquiry" with @CambridgeUP. In it, she examines when courts understand private actors, such as private individuals, businesses, schools, and hospitals, to be responsible for constitutional rights.
Braums payment system was hacked and I don’t know why we aren’t in a state of emergency. We can’t survive without Braums for a second. Do your job Kevin Stitt.
