Hurt my elbow in a bullpen back in April. Kept hoping it would just heal up on its own… it didn’t. Had Tommy John surgery last week.
Road got a lot longer but the destination’s still the same. Ready to put the work in and come back stronger.
Big thanks to Dr. Smith and the team at OV Surgical, my family, and everyone who’s been in my corner. This isn’t over.
Every scar has a story 💪

Sources: @DBU_Baseball is hiring long-time Millersville (DII) head coach Jon Shehan as its new associate head coach, I'm told. Sheehan spent 19 seasons as the HC at Millersville, guiding the program to 14 NCAAT appearances. Kodie Kolden is being promoted to recruiting coordinator for DBU.

Cast came off today. 10 days post TJS surgery. First thing we did was go watch a couple baseball games. Love cheering on my friends! @baseballcanada @PrepBaseballON @BaseballCANJNT @CDNBaseballNet @BaseballOntario

When Blue Jays manager John Schneider returned to his office last week, an envelope awaited him.
A letter had come from Warriors head coach Steve Kerr.
“I don’t know you,” he wrote, “but I felt compelled to reach out after watching your incredible leadership on display during the World Series.

Triple broad jumps followed by quick accel sprints at workout today. Building that first-step power—helps me push off better as a pitcher and still get after it on the bases while I’m dual. Solid session. @PrepBaseballON @PG_Scouting @FlatgroundApp @BaseballOntario @CDNBaseballNet

Clean bullpen yesterday from DesLauriers with size and strength on the mound, running his FB up to 8️⃣6️⃣mph.
An exciting arm in Canada’s 2029 class, DesLauriers should garner plenty of attention over the next 3-4 years.📈

Grateful for the @purestrengthacademy feature! 💪
Working hard 6 days a week—mobility, sprints, front squats + med ball throws, unilateral stuff, core—to get stronger, stay healthy, add velo on the mound, and hit with more power.
October to May this off-season with @durhamstallions is helping me get ready for the summer season. Offseason grind is real but loving it. Hoping for another shot with Team Ontario at Nationals this summer with them—would be my 4th year in a row! Pumped for the summer with @PSTeams_ as the competition and team is going to be amazing!

But still training 6 days a week at Pure Strength Academy, getting stronger and staying mobile. Baseball sessions 4 times a week too to keep my arm and swings sharp.
Long offseason, but just putting in the work every day. Really excited to join the @PSTeams_ family this summer. @CameronMaybin @CDNBaseballNet @PrepBaseballON #2029grad @PG_Scouting
