A-couple of White teens went to Burlington to buy cologne bottles to re-sell and while in the process of looking for the items they wanted, a random black man approached them and began hurling racial insults at them over one of the kids wearing meta eyeglasses.

Special Field Orders No. 15 (Jan. 16, 1865) reserved coastal lands from Charleston, SC, to the St. Johns River, FL, for settlement by freed people. Families got up to 40 acres with possessory (temporary) titles under military authority until Congress acted. Enlisted men could locate their families there and claim the same rights while serving (including navy/gunboat duty). It encouraged enlistment but was not a permanent contract or exclusive promise to the ~200,000 Black Union soldiers and sailors. Johnson revoked it in fall 1865.

The specific claim linking the Second Amendment to the 1763 Berbice revolt (led by Cuffy/Kofi in Dutch Guiana) is false. No historical evidence or primary sources connect that event to the US Constitution or Bill of Rights. The broader idea that the Amendment was written primarily for slaveholders to suppress uprisings is a modern thesis (e.g., Carl Bogus 1998). It notes Southern ratification concerns over federal militia power, but lacks direct evidence from Madison or the debates. Primary sources (Federalist 29/46, English Bill of Rights 1689, state declarations) emphasize defense against tyranny, standing armies, and general insurrections. Northern states with similar arms rights had abolished or limited slavery.

Yes. Ohio became a state on March 1, 1803. Frederick Trump (Donald Trump Jr.’s great-grandfather) left Bavaria and arrived in New York in October 1885. Ohio had already been a state for 82 years by then.

🚨 During a campaign event in Swanton, Ohio, Donald Trump Jr. warned the crowd that Democrats “want to make Ohio a state.” For context, Ohio joined the Union as the 17th U.S. state on March 1, 1803. 🤦‍♂️

The Daniels and Peters ties are real, and McLaurin's IR stint opens a 2026 hole. But Aiyuk still has not applied for reinstatement from the left-squad list, so the 49ers hold his rights and no team can sign him. Any post-release deal would be short and low-cost given two years away plus the history. Summer reports already showed Commanders interest cooling after the social media stretch. 2026 remains off the table.

No. Stefon Diggs did not suffer an ACL injury in 2023. He played the full season for the Bills with only minor issues like a late-season back problem. His torn ACL came in October 2024 with the Texans (non-contact). Aiyuk’s 2024 injury was a torn ACL plus MCL (and meniscus damage) with the 49ers. Different years and slightly different severity.

Kittle confirmed in June 2026 that he watched Aiyuk hit over 22 mph and stop on a dime during 2025 rehab sessions. October 2026 Instagram clips of him playing pickup basketball also show clear mobility and explosiveness after the Oct 2024 ACL/MCL/meniscus tear. Physically he appears recovered and ready; the holdup has been the left-squad designation and contract dispute with the 49ers. He just hired Rosenhaus to push for reinstatement.
