Staying safe in crypto post AI is simple - use a dedicated mac (no windows ofc) - become an Ethereum Safety Engineer - use a hardware wallet (actually several, see multisig) - only buy from manufacturer directly - open ofc before setting up to check for any tampering - become microelectronics engineers as well - use SSS - set up a multisig - ofc with several separate manufacturers - distribute seed shares across the globe - set up delegation - try avoid using any browser, if you have to use brave or chrome - enable 2FA - but not with sms - set up a yubikey (actually you want a pair) - consider moving large holdings to CEX, just not the ones that get hacked - don’t click malicious links - don’t sign malicious tx - best you do not do anything - ideally mac is turned off - don’t do tax in France - don’t get rugged I‘m sure I forgot a lot actually, but this should cover the basics. lmao, by now it feels more like squid game

Called up @firstdirect to make sure the funds were available at the bank to draw out 2.5K They were not happy, wanted to know what it was for. Told them a gift for my daughter for her holiday. They asked where she was going, I told the non of their business. They have refused.

Sometimes the memetic universe aligns with reality and we get a meme that perfectly encapsulates a moment in time. Congrats @chrisgranneberg on “Trust Me Bro” being selected into the Memes. Minting Friday! ❤️‍🔥

A new art primitive for digital art nearly complete. If you’re an artist interested in playing with it first, lmk - going to have a private beta. Broadly, we don’t need marketplaces or platforms, royalties are part of settlement and you’re not restricted to popular art file types. I’ll share the white paper publicly soon.

In 6529, the “gatekeepers” are the community of holders who minted or bought cards, along with winning artists who received them for free. Decentralization isn’t about giving everyone a vote. It’s about fair rules that apply equally to everyone, with no central authority enjoying special privileges. Equal opportunity, not equal outcome. This is exactly how I would describe Bitcoin as well. 6529 isn’t a communist society built to support artists. It’s a network state designed to grow itself while funding public goods, including art, software, science, research, etc. The tech stack includes its own censorship-resistant coordination app, a novel decentralized decision network, and a growing set of smart contracts, including new ones designed to increase artist revenue. The goal is to be the third most decentralized chain at the launch of the network by independent validator count (coming soon!!). This is a beautiful ambition which should be supported not torn down. IMHO, 6529 has delivered more value to more artists than any other platform. Yes, the network takes 50% to fund its own growth, but it has no VCs or special insiders to fund it. The Memes is the only funding mechanism for the network state and mints are open to anyone with an internet connection. Also, once the chain is live next year, the broad community of aligned TDH holders who have participated in the open minting process or artists who have won submissions will control that treasury together. I look forward to valid criticisms of the network state from people looking to improve the project. To criticize you must first understand. I see a lot of the criticism. Very little understanding. I’m sure we will see many good ideas from community members, artists and builders as the project grows. Also, gmarfa

1/ On Squiggle #6529 I would like to explain why we are excited about “buying a Squiggle” While Squiggles are, in fact, sweet, the exciting part is that every part of this process happened in a decentralized manner. 2/ @aRegularDad proposed a Meme Card to fund a Squiggle acquisition. 81 profiles participated in the Main Stage vote and voted with TDH to mint this as a Meme Card The card won. 77 paid editions were minted, providing 2.51 ETH for the acquisition. 3/ @cheesebiz and @bankons helped scout and connected @squiggleDAO . SquiggleDAO suggested trying to acquire Squiggle 6529 The price was 3.01 ETH, so @MadaCollects who had been following the discussion, chipped in another 0.5 ETH to the pool (respect!) 4/ The seller wanted to stay anonymous, preserve the provenance (no intermediary transfers) and keep their vault secure. Ultimately, the seller trusted SquiggleDAO and 6529 network and sent the Squiggle directly to the 6529 Network Museum before receiving payment. 5/ Reminder: What is the 6529 network museum? It is a SAFE vault organized by TDH, owned by the network, a cultural asset, NFTs go in, but ~they do not go out. It is the network-native concept of a national public museum 6/ Finally, one more step to replace the temporary art on the card with something appropriate for the long-term. Well, another TDH vote of course. @ricardotakamura won with THE VAULT, a long-exposure light painting made at Casa NUA in Brazil. 7/ So to recap: - Decentralized network mints a meme card to buy a squiggle - Decentralized network picks which squiggle to buy - Decentralized network updates the art - Decentralized network permanent home for the squiggle 8/ What was my contribution to any step of this project? Nothing at all. I was not involved at all in any way. I had a vague awareness that it was happening, but was not following any of the details, let alone helping. 9/ Now, some of you are thinking “ok, fine, that is cute, the NFT nerds are collecting NFTs again” Maybe. Or maybe collecting NFTs is a generalizable proof of concept, and there is no actual limit to this primitive. We will see soon enough. 10/ Thank you to all who organized, the voters and everyone who minted. Great job by all.

HAPPY 8TH BIRTHDAY TO THE DOOMED BY @XCOPYART 🎂 On 21st October 2018 the first ever edition of The Doomed was minted on KnownOrigin for 0.075E ($15.36 on the day!). The description included with The Doomed is just one sentence: “Tech won't save us.” Minted as an edition of 100, it famously took 434 days to sell out, and has since become one of the most recognisable and storied works in digital art Well known collector @CozomoMedici once called it "a piece of the bedrock of the cryptoart movement". It’s also one of its most valuable editions, with the most recent 3 sales averaging over 40E each The Doomed is owned by many of the most prominent collectors in the space including @sqda @RaoulGMI @thedoomedxyz @Jediwolf @punk4940 @punk8164 @l1qu1d_ @TokenAngels @Punk8868 @CryptoTaxGuyETH @VonMises14 @maxand98 @Scott_Steger ...and has been held from mint by many prominent artists including @artplusbrad @Hackatao @theYRDGZ and has inspired derivatives by other artists including an epic recent drop by @0x8BitArt It was also the inspiration for the dedicated XCOPY DAO aka The Doomed DAO (where almost 200 collectors co-own The Doomed) Fun fact: edition #1 of The Doomed contains an error in the name of the artist - "Divo_Tvurce" instead of XCOPY like the other 99 editions. It is speculated that either KO made an error or that XCOPY was minting under a pseudonym and then changed his mind after the first mint was sold. Maybe XCOPY can finally tell us? Fun fact #2: only 7 editions of The Doomed were minted in 2018, making these extra collectible and almost impossible to find! The OG Doomed was followed by a number of colour variants including the iconic mono 1/1 on SuperRare (bought for $74 and still held by @MLOdotArt), and three more KO mints including the ultra rare x/6 Green & Black Doomed, x/10 Red Doomed and x/15 Red & Black Doomed Art historian and XCOPY patron @maxand98 wrote a marvellous article on the evolution of The Doomed from 2013 in XCOPY's Tumblr blog, its essential reading for all collectors: maxand98.com/writing/xcopy-t… Editions #1, #2, #24 and #36 of The Doomed are proudly in the Pella Collection along with every KO variant💀💀

after Europe has proven it can successfully regulate soda caps, going straight into rocket science sounds like s reasonable next step
The damage for SpaceX is massive "The European Union is working toward fast-track antitrust approval for a satellite joint venture between Leonardo SpA, Airbus SE, and Thales SA, which is positioned as Europe's response to SpaceX" The actions of the 🇺🇸 US administration have consequences. Recent reports from 4 sources confirm that both Elon and Trump supported the restrictions of Starshield, which confirms my earlier posts stating that SpaceX is involved and part of it. The Telegraph on Oct. 16 reported that it was Musk who proposed the speed cap to Trump — and Trump "agreed," one source said. That sounds very likely to what really had happened including Elons denial to have any responsibility (half true) and Trumps lie which is just one more of the many he spreads every day. finance.yahoo.com/economy/po…
