This is a 2-book series of smash, bang, wallop race along dark comedy action, with a body count to die for. Strong, sometimes cruel dialogue, feisty armed forces veteran anti heroes and a plot that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

Callie Ellsworth is quiet, stubborn, and set on entirely the wrong man — Abel Morrow, and Cole Bannister, steady and patient, has waited long enough to watch her walk into danger. But Callie’s fed up with being watched, so she gives Cole a dose of salt in his morning coffee to teach him a lesson – only it backfires and she finds herself right over his knee.
When Abel Morrow springs a trap Cole never saw coming, the quiet Ellsworth girl is about to discover exactly what kind of man Abel really is and exactly what kind of man Cole has been all along.
