Brian Westbrook reacts to his 49-yard touchdown against the Giants in the 2006-07 Wild Card Game!!!
This play/game is my personal favorite BWest moment, so it’s indescribable to see and hear him break it down and talk about it from his perspective.
This was when BWest truly established himself as an elite RB in the NFL as he led the Eagles, who had been struggling halfway through the season, on a late-season surge to win the division title and a playoff berth.
I also love how BWest talked about wanting to outperform Tiki Barber, and it was so poetic that he sent Tiki into retirement by winning this game.
Thank you, @36westbrook, for all the unforgettable moments and memories!!!
The best player on the team should get the most ice time. Michkov needs to play more. And the only way that’s gonna happen is to #FireTocchet
Matvei Michkov:
"I feel so comfortable on the ice. I want to play more. I want 60 minutes. When team win, I'm so happy. Right now, no good situation, we last in the league. I want more playing time, I want more support. Hockey this is my life. I'm so emotional."

The most difficult part of getting a new phone for me: Finding the right case.
I prefer having a case with a built-in card holder. This way I don’t have to carry my wallet around with me as often. #Consolidation
I also need a pop socket grip. It’s essential, especially since I have small hands.
So it’s very difficult finding a good marriage of the two. And having the iPhone Duo, which is a whole new phone design, doesn’t make it any easier.
I just ordered my 4th case off Amazon. I really hope this is it lol.
I figured
Three days before the NFL trade deadline, the most likely destination for Colts RB Jonathan Taylor is … staying in Indianapolis. And only the type of blockbuster offer no team has made could pry him out.

👀
Two-time NFL MVP Lamar Jackson’s chances for playing again this season depend on his recovery — and whether Jacoby Brissett can keep the Ravens alive long enough to make a potential late-season return worthwhile.

I find this humorous lol.
King Poles back at it again.
The only man in the NFL to be able to pull off a Simmons trade. & John Harbaugh was NOT happy.

F**king preach!!
We might be nearing a point where we have to start #FreeJeanty
Gonna go ahead and say my piece on this and I'm sure this won't age poorly:
If this was for his comments before the game, fine, I get it. If this is about the play of Jeanty vs Mike Washington, I seriously need to call into question Kubiak's ability to evaluate RB play.
If you watch these games their run scheme is an absolute disaster in execution and whenever Jeanty was on the field, he'd often face 8+ guys in the box with first level penetration. Whenever Washington was on the field teams lightened the box intentionally and this is why he was able to spring explosive runs, but he'd still struggle to create consistent gains, or force missed tackles.
The Jets game was a blowup spot for their run game. They benched JPJ for Trey Zuhn and the Jets were missing Sweat. The fact Washington couldn't force a single missed tackle in 25 attempts on top of inefficiency isn't good.
You gave Zach Charbonnet almost as many carries last year as K9. It took a season ending injury to Charbs for K9 to eclipse more than 19 attempts in a game last season. There is keeping your guys fresh and then there is just blatant misuse of talent.
The passing game is incredible and there's a reason Kubiak was held in high esteem during the coaching cycle and he has proven that just this season. Miss me with his whole comments about the run game.
Wait… what?!?!
Anthony Bradford starting right guard, Grey Zabel back to starting at left guard Sunday for #Seahawks vs Cardinals, with Quenton Nelson needing a “minor” knee “procedure,” coach Mike Macdonald says.
Drew Lock will start at quarterback
I’m starting to suspect that JT isn’t getting traded
Jonathan Taylor potential trade would likely cost first-round pick, or the equivalent to a Christian McCaffrey–level package.
Broncos and Vikings currently appear less inclined to trade for Taylor and Giants aren’t offering what Colts want.
(per @AlbertBreer)
I get it from the Jags’ perspective… but I still don’t like it lol
Kansas City had interest in Brian Thomas Jr., but the Jaguars have been less inclined to sell, per @AlbertBreer
“While he hasn’t been statistically productive, and isn’t the best fit for Liam Coen’s scheme, Thomas brings a downfield element that’s really important in keeping defenses honest against the run, and opening things up underneath for Jakobi Meyers and Parker Washington.”

Joe Milton thread... because why not! 1) He is a fun player to watch. If the Eagles can't be good, they can at least be a bit more fun.
The most obvious thing that stands out is his arm strength. It is pretty absurd. He effortlessly rifles these short/intermediate throws. The ball has such a rare zip to it. He doesn't even need to step into the throw; it's just a flick of the wrist.
I'd expect some dropped passes as players adjust to him! But you can't teach this kind of arm talent. It's pretty rare.
I’m far from a fitness pro or expert, but I’ve always had the most fun working out my lower body.
For my leg days I try to change up my routine every few weeks and incorporate new exercises, but these 3 are the ones I enjoy the most and fall back to:
➡️ Zercher Bulgarian Split Squats
➡️ Barbell Calf Raises
➡️ Bulgarian Split Squat Plyo (Agility and Explosion)

Prayers up for TreVeyon 🙏🏽
#Patriots RB TreVeyon Henderson has released a statement revealing that he recently suffered an unexpected medical emergency involving unexplained neurological symptoms that required several days of hospitalization.
Henderson says doctors have yet to determine the cause.
Full statement:
As an Eagles fan and someone who has also loved watching the Ravens, it makes me so upset to see both those teams essentially have lost seasons due to injured QBs 😔

I think directors or whoever influences the broadcasts should tell the commentators to stop giving these tired takes on analytics. If you don’t want to learn, fine. But it’s a big part of the game and just dismissing it just makes you look out of touch now.
