Nothing is necessary about removing the peaceful and hard-working spouses and fathers of Americans.
This is why Republicans are days away from being destroyed in the midterms.

The Right’s lack of support for Ukraine is utterly disgraceful, from Trump all the way down. And it’s not just lack of sufficient support, it’s the ongoing poisonous narrative that Ukraine is the aggressor, Zelensky is a dictator, Russia is misunderstood, and Putin is an ally.

Rather than worrying about these memes giving ammunition to secularists, focus on the fact that people in the administration "should know better." The "barbarians inside the gates" are your "allies" on the right.

My two great prayers for the American Right: that they recover a proper sense of patriotism and a proper sense of manliness. (A recovery of basic economic literacy would be a nice bonus.)

America is good
Capitalism is good
New York is good
Cops are good
Immigrants are good
Traveling overseas is good
and Pecan Pie is good

Your children are having that opportunity stolen. Really? Passing on your victimhood mentality is what's really going to rob them of opportunity.

I at least got to live for 40 years in a country that looks and functions something like America. The fact that my children are having that opportunity stolen from them fills me with rage so deep I can’t describe it. I truly hate the people who have done this to us.

Supreme Court upholds a century old interpretation of the 14th amendment. “They’ve destroyed America! There’s no saving us now! My panties shall never be unbunched again!”

The disaster of the USAID stop work order should be easy for conservatives to grasp.

Listen to what he says about his Haitian employees: "I wish I had 30 more. They come to work every day, they don't have a drug problem, they will stay at their machine, they'll hit their numbers, they're here to work. That's a stark difference from what we're used to."

I’ve been out on JD Vance ever since he started describing himself as a "postliberal." He’s not a conservative in any traditional American sense. The ideas he promotes challenge core principles of the American founding — limited government, individual liberty, & constitutional constraints on power.
What’s revealing about the current debate is how many people are focused on the controversy of the moment while ignoring the much larger problem: his entire worldview. Interesting to see where everyone’s red lines are

I don’t see it that way. If desperately poor people develop a reliance interest on you to feed them or provide life saving medicine, pulling the plug overnight is killing them. Fine to argue programs should stop or be reformed. Doing it overnight is deliberately cruel.

Begging to differ, they replicate the precise reasons we should reject the progressive left, ie., impugning motives, preferring force to persuasion, mobilizing into identitarian tribes.
