Cummings has taught us that it is ok to look for loopholes in the lockdown rules, and that it is ok to drive if you are unsure if you have an impairment. Both of which, of course, are dangerous and could lead to lives lost.
What? Bernard Castle is where GSK meds come from. A company Cummings is involved with, trying to get the vaccine license for covid 19. GSK has intentionally cost the NHS extra money in the past, and has been done for bribery and fraud on other occasions.
Conducting an eye test on the road? Is this ok with the DVLA? Appears to be a breach of sections 94 and 96 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 if you can't see well whilst driving. Good job Cummings.
