The biggest unreported story from yesterday: Carney snuck into the budget a massive immigration increase with the LARGEST NUMBER OF NEW PERMANENT RESIDENTS EVER next year.
Nearly 200,000 more than Trudeau’s highest-ever number year. When we have a shortage of jobs, homes, and health care.
Now we know why Carney snuck his immigration plan into a budget when everyone was distracted by the midterms and right before Parliament shuts for 10 days.

3️⃣ KEEP THE FRIDGE SHUT
Fridge stays cold about 4 HOURS. Full freezer about 48 HOURS. Warm perishables go in the bin.
4️⃣ LIGHT + RADIO
Torches, spare batteries, a charged power bank, a battery or hand-crank radio. No internet? The radio still works.
5️⃣ WARMTH, SAFELY
Blankets and warm clothes. NEVER use a barbecue, generator or camping stove indoors. Carbon monoxide kills and you can't smell it.
6️⃣ MEDS + HYGIENE
Your usual medicine, a first-aid kit, soap, toilet paper, strong bin bags, spare glasses.
7️⃣ CASH + PAPER
No power can mean no ATMs and no card payments. Keep cash, copies of key documents and family numbers on PAPER.
8️⃣ THE FIRST HOURS
Check official alerts. Save your phone battery. Check on family and neighbours. Danger right now? Call 112 / 911 / 999.

I made the decision to CTO the project. I spent my own money to gain control, took responsibility for its direction, and worked to derug it so the community had something solid to build around again.
Today the floor sits around 0.3 SOL (~$30).
And climbing.
This wasn’t luck. It was commitment from everyone who believed the project deserved another chance.
