You people are ignorant to cause and effect. All things have a start/etiology.
What you see today is the result of laws and policies that integrated society (resulting in 40,000 Black teachers losing their jobs), broke up the nuclear family, removed bible reading and prayer from public schools, allowed women “no-fault” divorces, allowed criminal elements in municipal water, beverages, and foods; disrupted certain communities and their organizations (see John Erhlichman 1994 statement), etc.
It all has a root cause. It’s worse amongst Black Americans (already a vulnerable group) because they’re at the bottom (put there by laws and policies). It’s an American tragedy that is worse with Black America/Americans and understandably so.
