" Then I will try to understand you better and how you work. " She says with a rather concerned tone of voice. '" So I best know how to handle th3se approaches. "
"I have limited understanding of it myself. Most of what I know about myself was a result of trial and error." She'd close her eyes and nod. "But I'll save that for later discussion."

" Oh. . . " She sounded a bit shocked. A being of pure energy? The drink did nothing. She looked at Sanda with a rather curious expression. But she had no wants to ask any questions. The other was still
She'd nod. . . "I should explain a bit. . . but my body being more or less entirely made of energy, can make one consider my soul like a battery. If I can't force myself to recharge by using blood to replace what I've spent. . . sleep is like placing said battery on a charger."

recovering. " I see. . . I will have to note that for future references. Incase you are injured on my watch again. "

" You look better. " She says examining the other. The color in her face had returned and for a moment? Mere and slight as it was. Sandrone looked a bit relieved.
Quietly she's sitting herself up and rubbing her eye with her palm. . . "Mmnnh. . ." She quietly rolls her neck, cracking her inner frame a bit, to relieve the slight stiffness.

" Hey. " Sandrone poked the other's face lightly. She had been sleeping for quite a bit now. . . " Hey, wake up. "
If she heard that. . . she probably wouldn't even deny she's stupid, she'd likely joke about how she doesn't have a brain even. . . But. At the very least Sandrone could rest easy knowing Sanda's quickly bouncing back from her earlier state. . . It was probably safe to wake her

" Stupid girl. " Sandrone whispered as she still brushed her hair. Sighing as she glanced at her face. Seeing that color return. It brought her a sense of relief. As she sighed.
Stroking her hair, was a good chance for Sandrone to find out for herself, that Sanda's hair was unnaturally soft. . . To the extent the finest silks would be jealous. At the very least, Sanda's slumber seemed very calm and relaxed. . . Her skin's color was almost fully back.

She sighs, but stares at the other with concern behind her eyes. Stroking that hair nice and gently. Awaiting every baited breath took by her to ensure she was fine.
She'd smile as she closed her eyes. She looked as if a weight was lifted from her chest. . . It only took another ten minutes for her to drift into another gentler sleep.

" You're welcome. Now please get some more rest before I regret this. " Sandrone, in the end was still herself. Despite the leap she made here. She glanced off to the side.
She'd quietly inch over to her and plant her head right there. . . admittedly she didn't expect her to actually do so. . . But she seemed happy that she chose to. ". . . Thank you."

Sandrone sighed. She wasn't usually one who adhered to such requests. But she stood up, and slowly got onto her bed. Sitting up near where the other's head was. She offered her lap for her to rest in.
"Unless you're willing to hold me until I fall back asleep. . . I don't need much else." She. . . was someone who did struggle to sleep alone but. She doesn't really wanna be too clingy.

" You may use my bedding to rest and recover. Should you need anything you may ask. " Sandrone pulled the glass away and leaned back in her chair. Watching once more.
She. . . will have to bring up that it wouldn't actually affect her later due to how different her body behaves. She didn't have the heart to do it now. . . But at least she enjoyed the taste of the drink enough to comply.

". . . " Sandrone doesn't respond with words. Rather she brings the glass of juice back to the other's lips. " You need to recover your iron. So drink. Until the glass is empty. "
She didn't have it in her to argue further at least, she knows Sandrone is only showing genuine concern for her well being. She quietly holds her hand to her face and lets out a soft exhale. "Thank you. . . for caring. . ."

" You lost a hand. That isn't a victory. " Sandrone wasn't going to let it slide but she wasn't going to exactly lecture her either. " You will do better next time. So you can come back in one piece. "
"I can't control when an ambush happens." She'd let out a soft sigh. . . She's usually better at picking her battles after all. "At the very least. I did well enough to only lose a hand. . ."

" You fought recklessly and outnumbered. " Sandrone's voice was akin to that of scolding as she narrowed her eyes to the other. " No more of that. "
"It was only an issue because there were sixty of them." She'd point out. Far too many. "But. . . I don't intend to move. . . My legs are numb still."

" Then we find you more effective tools to fight them. " She would set the drink aside and slowly glance at the other before sighing. " Bedrest. Three days for you. I do not want to hear any contesting arguments. "
Calmly she'd do so. . . after her lips were free she'd speak softly again. "It's the cost. . . of fighting something that can't bleed." She'd state. . . Her power does actively use the mana that her body is made of up. Anemia is what prevents her from using enough to harm it.

" Easy. " Sandrone sighed and shook her head. Beside the other was a class. Freshly squeezed prune juice. " You looked pale earlier. " She brought the glass to the others lips slowly. " Drink. "
Her eyes opened slightly. and her head turned a bit. She didn't move from that spot. "Rift hound bites. . . suck." was all she said. Almost as if she was trying to let her know /what/ she was fighting prior.

" Save your strength. " Sandrone doesn't tug her hand away. She just watches. Almost methodically. " You need to rest. "
She felt her presence nearby. . . before she could awaken, she'd quietly reach for Sandrone's hand with the one that regrew, almost instinctively. ". . ."

Sandrone was sitting beside the bed. She had watched every moment. Every minute of every hour. Her fixation on the other's recovery was less than normal but these circumstances demanded it.
It'll be several hours before Sanda will end up awake again. Her hand was growing back slowly too, red threads would grow out and wrap around each other to reshape it eventually. An odd to observe experience. Before long her skin pigment would return to normal too.

" You dumb fool. " Sandrone said looking at her before staring forward. Her eyes filled with conflicted feelings. When the other would wake up eventually? She would find she was moved to Sandrone's personal chambers. In her soft bedding.
"S. . .orry. . ." She tried to get out an apology before she blacks out from a lack of energy. . . She'll be okay. . . but it still wasn't pleasant to observe her looking so weak, with wet eyes and barely any life to her.

" So relax here for now. " Sandrone didn't pull away. She didn't tell her off. Instead she let the other rest against her. " Rest and recover a little bit. I'll move you inside in a bit. "
". . ." She didn't have a response. She just looked down weakly, and quietly leaned against Sandrone's side in silence. She was a bit anemic as well it seems. . . up close she looked very pale.
